neutral · AI labelView post →#NowWatching American Horror Story s8 "Apocalypse" I'm digging Sarah Paulson as an antagonist. The cast is huge and they're all doing a great job The set pieces look slightly low budget though. I wonder if this was a creative decision, to make it look a little like an old 80's flick like Waxwork 📺
neutral · AI labelView post →American Horror Story is one of those shows where if you described the premise and what the show is supposed to be I’d go “that’s amazing I’m watching every second” but when I’ve actually tried to watch it I’ve gotten through half an episode and gone “yeesh!”

neutral · AI labelView post →I have been rewatching American Horror Story with a special filter that edits out every instance of Sarah Paulson and Evan Peters screaming and Jessica Lange doing sotto voce and I was able to finish Murder House through Freak Show in about an hour and forty minutes

positive · AI labelView post →You know what? When the show first came out, I didn't believe Ryan Murphy when he'd say in interviews "we're going to make 70 fucking seasons of American Horror Story and you're not going to have ever heard of a single one of them" but time has made a fool of me - the man really knew his stuff!

I didn’t know I needed another show anchored by Russel Tovey after the heartache of LOOKING, but him and Joe Mantello 😮💨did an amazing job acting as an LGBTQ+ couple with real struggles. If we google top Telenovela stars it becomes evident that an overwhelming number of them resemble European actors/actresses. For example, Cristina Campuzano from Colombia’s…

neutral · AI labelView post →Should've been an anthology series, IMO. A different nostalgic sci-fi/horror pastiche each season. Could even use the same cast, though now I realize I'm just describing what American Horror Story was supposed to be before it got totally up its own ass about lore & continuity.
