the "avatar is overhated" crowd is so loud for no reason because they clearly forget we had ABSOLUTELY nothing like this in 2009. it was a literal cultural reset that forced every other filmmaker to catch up

Bro, Avatar's budget in 2009 was $235M; in 2026, it will be equal to the budget of Avatar 2 or 3, $360M. Hopes the final output will be better. Now it does not feel like the quality of $275M in the teaser.
