positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Coal Duty is an amazing game! The gameplay is fun, the storyline are well designed, and the overall experience is really enjoyable. You can tell that a lot of effort went into making this game. Definitely worth playing!
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I haven't gambled in years, but after turning 6 tickets into 4000 tickets in the Casino, I got the realization I should spend my life savings on scorpion fights in Thailand.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I had so much fun playing Coal Duty that I didnt even realize 80 minutes had passed The game is really enjoyable and entertaining Time flies when you're having fun, and this game is a perfect example of that Definitely worth playing

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I've been waiting for this game for so long, and we finally got to play it with 5 friends for hours. We had a great time and honestly, the game was way more fun than we expected!!! There's just so much stuff to do. The mines are already super fun, but the town is also full of life and color. You've got shops, a casino, an arena, and so many other things to mess around with. Even when you're not doing anything related to the main gameplay, there's still plenty to keep you busy. Just hanging out…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →thought this was just friendslop but it actually has depth lol. got into arena betting then lost all my money at the casino. back to the mines ig 10/10
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Another banger for the extraction looter franchise. Interesting creatures and environments. Ty to Pontexa for visiting us in one of our playthroughs. Totally recommended.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I love this game so fun mining in the mines and NEVER breaking the rules or wandering where i shouldnt....
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →it was totally worth the waittt. they added a casino, so it looks like im going to spend all the tickets i earned from the mines there while my friends are actually trying to progress haha but really its fun both in the mine and up in the camp 10/10
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →The city area adds a lot of depth and really makes the game stand out from similar games. I loved exploring it! Playing with friends is a blast and leads to so many hilarious, chaotic moments. Definitely worth checking out with your group!
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →bought this to have fun with friends. we now work in the mines and yell at each other.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Really fun game to play with friends. Had some hilarious moments and the whole mining concept is great. Definitely worth trying out, looking forward to future updates!
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I played the demo when it first launched and it was enough to convince me to buy it, but I honestly didn't expect this much depth. The full release is so much better than the demo and truly worth every penny. The addition of features like the arena and casino, along with unique backstories for each new monster, makes the game shine. We spent hours playing and had a blast—gambling your money away or winning big for major upgrades adds so much fun. Having around 13 language options is also…

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →People need to give this a try. Really fun game
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →The game's world manages to pull you in from the very first minute. You feel the claustrophobic sensation of a deep mine and that eerie tension where anything could happen at any moment right down to your bones. The game brilliantly reflects the suffocating, gray, and relentless atmosphere created by the dictatorship. The gameplay mechanics support this stressful atmosphere so well that it is impossible to pull yourself away.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Coal Duty is an entertaining cooperative survival horror game that transforms the ordinary task of coal mining into a dangerous adventure filled with supernatural threats, unpredictable situations, and dark comedy. Developed by Corecrew Games and published by indie.io alongside Corecrew Games, the game introduces a dystopian society where an authoritarian government demands relentless coal production despite the mysterious freezing of the sky. Players become expendable miners whose survival…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Honestly a really nice game to play with friends or even by yourself if you want more of a challenge. I would recommend this game to play. Only downside being that you gotta gamble for a diamond for one of the endings which you can either get it first try or gamble for 5 hours straight until you get it.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →nice but lonely and not that many players play the game
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →5 hours of gambling to get the dimond
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This game is very good. Possibly a friend gem. I would highly recommend!!!!
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →It's a great game, but my brother couldn't download it because his computer's operating system is very old. I definitely recommend it.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →As a dissident of The State, I am truly humbled and honored that the glorious leader allowed me and my fellow miners to repay our debts in coal!
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →pretty basic, only 10 hours gameplay, no skill trees/progression, everything in the shop is rediculously overpriced, screen shake cant be turned off.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Coal Duty Sets Early Access Date For October 27 On Steam Coal Duty's 12 to 18 month Early Access window is long enough to reshape the game around player feedback before 1.0, which matters for a loop built on procedurally generated mines.
