Couples Retreat
Directed by Peter Billingsley
Four couples, all friends, descend on a tropical island resort. Though one husband and wife are there to work on their marriage, the others just want to enjoy some fun in the sun. They soon find, however, that paradise comes at a price: Participation in couples therapy sessions is mandatory. What started out as a cut-rate vacation turns into an examination of the common problems many face. From TMDB

I own eight of these on DVD. And I’ll have you know that COUPLES RETREAT actually *is* the Vaughn/Favreau movie we quote at my house.

The movie Couples Retreat has a great scene where Vince Vaughn's character hears noises at night, reaches into his nightstand and retrieves a handgun from a biometric safe. Proper safety

neutral · AI labelView post →"Couples Retreat" doesn't sound like an American movie. It sounds like the translated title of a French movie that exhibits exclusively to Francophone audiences and receives an unexpected number of Cesar nominations.
