Elle
Created by Laura Kittrell, Caroline Dries
Before Elle Woods was a fish-out-of-water at Harvard, we meet her in 1995 in the tumultuous waters of high school where she encounters tricky friendships, forbidden romance, and questionable fashion choices. 60 of 135 · most liked firstMargo's Got Money Troubles is a really good show! I always enjoy Elle Fanning and the whole cast is great in this (shout-out to Michelle Pfeiffer and Nick Offerman too). Only note: Elle being a decade-ish older than her character makes the initial grooming relationship look less visably messed-up
positive · AI labelView post →Lexi Minetree has been cast as Elle Woods in the upcoming ‘Legally Blonde’ prequel series.
neutral · AI labelView post →I think the Amazon prequel series for Elle woods grossly misreads the appeal of Legally Blonde. Its fans don’t want a series on what she was like for a couple years in Seattle as a teen when she was popular and performatively empty headed or w/e, they want the well written sequel where she kidnaps…
negative · AI labelView post →It's late so I feel compelled to show Elle off tonight (I think I haven't here yet?). Weird toy fairy trifox thing..... prone to messing with folks as much as the other way around. (first one is also an older doodle, hence the odd bits 💦)

We were the first MCU TV show & we did 130-something hour-long episodes. We spent a lot of time in people’s homes.” (via Elle)

neutral · AI labelView post →I think "Elle" must be the most depressing idea for a show I've ever heard: a prequel to LEGALLY BLONDE, so it takes place before she gained self-esteem and agency. They'd be better off making a prequel to Paul Verhoeven's ELLE.

neutral · AI labelView post →Amazon MGM have gone straight to a second season of Elle, a new show about legal beagle Elle Woods from the Legally Blonde films. Despite Reese Witherspoon's name in the credits, this prequel about Elle's high school years in Seattle feels inessential. 2 out of 5. film-authority.com/2026/07/04/e...
