Finding Nemo (2003) — Marlin and Nemo. Overprotective single dad learns to let go while risking everything to save his son. Deeply relatable for parents, and the trust/resolution arc is beautiful.

Tempted to call my volcano “Mount Wannahockaloogie” after this scene in “Finding Nemo” (2003). Such a great movie, one of the last great ones before Disney went off the rails. “Nemo” is Latin for “no one”, casts the movie in a whole new light once you know that.
Got a decent pic of my candy cane tetras congregating around the volcano. They’re schooling fish so they swim together, fun to watch, very calming. I got 6 of them. Also got a pic of one showing how transparent they are. Fascinating.
