Four Rooms
Directed by Allison Anders, Alexandre Rockwell, Robert Rodriguez
It's Ted the Bellhop's first night on the job...and the hotel's very unusual guests are about to place him in some outrageous predicaments. It seems that this evening's room service is serving up one unbelievable happening after another. From TMDB

positive · AI labelView post →This feels so much like a 90’s dark comedy you would rent a different one every week from Blockbuster like Shallow Grave or Four Rooms. It’s nice to see that vibe make its way back into current indie film #PsychoTherapy #FrightClub
neutral · AI labelView post →Snort, we just watched Four Rooms (Joe hadn't seen it, I forgot it's another LA New Year's Eve movie) and I made a note when Tomei popped up that neither of us have seen My Cousin Vinny. Pretty good movie eh.

positive · AI labelView post →🎥 Quentin Tarantino is my favorite filmmaker. And, despite recent comments, I love all of his movies (except Four Rooms 🤮). So, here's all of QT's movies in order from best to worst. reel.reelrank.net/X4okUT What do you think? #filmsky

positive · AI labelView post →Remember the movie Four Rooms where the bell hop played by Tim Roth has had reached his limit and he chops off the guy’s finger without a second thought? I think I’m there.

neutral · AI labelView post →Last review of the season (probably). Four Rooms is an anthology of New Year's Eve shorts featuring segments from Quentin Tarantino and Robert Rodriguez. So if you haven't seen it, you'd think it would be better known. If you do watch it, you'll understand why it's largely been forgotten. #filmsky

neutral · AI labelView post →Read this and my brain immediately just went straight to "Didn't Tim Roth play a bellhop in that weird 90s movie?" Thanks brain, that was stunningly not the point. (Four Rooms, btw. For the curious. Because yes. Yes he did.)

neutral · AI labelView post →I thought Four Rooms, but there must be another beleaguered bellhop movie I'm forgetting.
neutral · AI labelView post →Totally understandable. I seem to enjoy ‘Four Rooms’ more than most. I would also consider ‘Kill Bill’ as one film, but I thought, as I prefer the first half much more than the second, and as they are conveniently separated by volume anyway, I would do as you had, by giving each volume its own spot.
positive · AI labelView post →I always include Bill as one film, which is why I ranked it side by side. I omitted Four Rooms - and while I do have a soft spot for that movie, I’d probably put it at the bottom, tbh
neutral · AI labelView post →Is Four Rooms considered an obscure film? It's absolutely loaded with A-listers. And Tim Roth is fantastic in it.

neutral · AI labelView post →Worked for years in multiple bars on nights like tonight, NYE doesn't mean a whole lot personally, especially here at the corner of That Was A Nightmare Year and Who The Fuck Knows 2026. Still, "Four Rooms" is an annual NYE tradition I never miss. Four directors. Four casts. One story. 🎆 🍾 🎆
positive · AI labelView post →Watching FOUR ROOMS (1995). I thought y'all were exaggerating how bad this movie was because of Tarantino's recent bad behavior. But, nope, I can actively feel myself getting stupider the longer I watch it.
negative · AI labelView post →Yeah, it's really remarkable how much he can advance the plot just through the words. I don't always like his work but goddamn can the man write good dialogue that keeps the movie going. I think my all time favorite of his, although I haven't seen it in some time, is his segment of Four Rooms
positive · AI labelView post →Death Proof has the single best car chase ever committed to film. His worst is Four Rooms.
negative · AI labelView post →I talked to a coworker about Four Rooms this afternoon. What a fun movie.
positive · AI labelView post →Without saying Tie Me Up! Tie Me Down!, fav Antonio Banderas film? 🎥 For me… Four Rooms (1995)
positive · AI labelView post →Without saying Tie Me Up! Tie Me Down!, fav Antonio Banderas film? 🎥 For me… Four Rooms (actually, it's Desperado, but Four Rooms I good, too.)
positive · AI labelView post →Totally agreed though, it won't change any minds. Honestly the only movie that might possibly change someone's mind on Tarantino is one he only partially directed. Four Rooms. And his contribution is easily the lowest of the supergroup of directors.
negative · AI labelView post →Yes!! I don’t know if you’ve ever seen Four Rooms, kind of quirky movie but he’s so good in it!
positive · AI labelView post →Totally agree on both counts. "Four Rooms" is an uneven movie, but that score is so beautiful.
neutral · AI labelView post →That and Gridlock’d! But also Rob Roy! But also Reservoir Dogs! Omg I can’t choose! No, it’s gotta be Four Rooms, that movie was so unique. No! I have it! Rosencrantz and Guildenstern are Dead!!
positive · AI labelView post →It's interesting that Tarantino and Clint Eastwood were the directors I looked up to most back when I was trying to pursue film production. Then I lost interest in both. Eastwood's slowly working his way back into my movie interests...I'm kind of glad Tarantino isn't, especially after Four Rooms...
