King Kong
Directed by Merian C. Cooper, Ernest B. Schoedsack
Adventurous filmmaker Carl Denham sets out to produce a motion picture unlike anything the world has seen before. Alongside his leading lady Ann Darrow and his first mate Jack Driscoll, they arrive on an island and discover a legendary creature said to be neither beast nor man. Denham captures the monster to be displayed on Broadway as King Kong, the eighth wonder of the world. From TMDB

neutral · AI labelView post →This is my favorite movie with King Kong because it’s good but also every tertiary character is played by an improv comedy person from an Adult Swim show that would air at 2 in the morning.
positive · AI labelView post →King Kong is a movie about how your skills as a film director don't necessarily translate to success on Broadway

neutral · AI labelView post →Even the way people react to him is like this. King Kong gets the whole twas beauty that felled this great land ape emotive speech thing but every Godzilla movie has people simply pointing at Godzilla going “hey! It’s Godzilla!”
neutral · AI labelView post →#nowwatching King Kong vs Godzilla on Blu-ray. Confession time….I’ve never seen this movie. Partly because of how rough the suits looked and as a kid I was all Big G and like how did Kong get top billing. Anyway, I’m changing that now! #godzilla #kingkong #monstermarchmadness #kaijukliq

neutral · AI labelView post →When two characters in a movie flirt with each other? They should do that on their own time. Especially when King Kong is out and about
neutral · AI labelView post →One of my favorite things for people to learn is Godzilla fought King Kong at the same point in his Toho film series as in the Monsterverse. (Film 3.) It feels like surely the Kong crossover would come when out of ideas. Nope. Third at bat, they tried to make Godzilla an icon on Kong’s level.
