This is the digital adaptation of Stockpile, Le Havre : Inland Port, Uwe Rosenberg's 2-player adaptation of his games Le Havre and Ora et Labora. And it's a very decent. As a result, the digital adaptation will obviously be carried a minimum by the strength of the board game. But my increasing worry with digital adaptions of board games is that some studios working on digital adaptions of board game are seeing these as easy and guaranteed money. They…

neutral · AI labelView post →Maybe if you love the board game, you should consider this. Otherwise it's worthless IMO. I spent over 30 minutes with my GF going through the tutorial trying to figure out how to play the game. It's broken and the tutorial is practically worthless. It doesn't really explain anything in depth, so while minor grasp on mechanics, I have absolutely no idea what I am doing or why. Can't get past the "Lets Play a Turn" part of the tutorial. It won't let me do anything, literally anything in…

I like games where I can agonize because I am not able to do what I want and have to try to make the most out of it. Solo means I can only blame myself for it, a humbling experience 😊 #boardgames #soloboardgames

Even though the story is not central to the gameplay, you still need to know Le Havre is a French commune and a city situated on the bank of the river Seine. You have 12 days to prove your managing skills are better than those of your opponent. Designed for two players, Le Havre The Inland Port starts off with a Tutorial, and you should not skip it. Even though it explains the…

neutral · AI labelView post →I've put rather a lot of time into playing DIGIDICED's mobile versions of Uwe Rosenberg's 2-player hit board games, and I find them all to be engaging and polished experiences. It's great that I can now play them on Linux (well, assuming the others succeed in their Greenlight campaigns). I like to play on my TV with my Steam Controller, which works a treat. The devs have even listened to customer feedback and implemented an alternate display mode that shows all the buildings, rather than…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →One final game day! Le Havre in full game mode is a beast, but *so amazing*. Definitely needed lighter plays after tho. So, we flicked dice in Boxtop Pinball: Haunted House. Then, chased rainbows in Sixto. My heart is full—my brain is not and I’m ok with that🌈🥰
positive · AI labelView post →I got smoked @ Le Havre. Originally released in 2008 le Le Havre is still an awesome game. Started breaking out the classics I havent played in years. In this case, 2013 (or there a-bouts). #boardgame #leHavre
positive · AI labelView post →Got this as part of a humble bundle. Nice game, but there a quite a few bugs which make it not worth any further time investment unfortunately.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Repetitive game play, no variety, same game over and over. Games are always the same unlike Agricole 2 players for example.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →GAH!! Le Havre is SOO GOOD! Played the full game and it was meaty + satisfying🤯😋
positive · AI labelView post →Games this week. Two-player Le Havre (still fantastic), LotR Duel (I adore this game and theme) and finally a three-player game of SETI, where I won by an obscene score of 265 points (including 98 points in traces and 67 in end-game bonuses). The planets were (literally) lined up. #boardgames 🤗🚢💍👽

I encourage you to check how many bugs their games have, and how little they care about fixing them. Go stroll over their products and the bugs reports, but most importantly, the developer's reply. They have the habit of releasing stuff and strolling to the next product without ever looking back. I have personally written multiple emails to their official Ticket System, spread between months and never got a…

neutral · AI labelView post →This past weekend, we played Le Havre for the first time. The rules and graphic design definitely show their age (some clunky aspects), but it's a pretty smooth game once you get into it. For me, it's fun but probably on the low end of Rosenberg games I've played. #boardgames

positive · AI labelView post →Pretty bad management game, full of bugs and translation errors, I thought it was a local 5-player version, but it is focused on playing online, online is completely dead at this point.

I think this is the Ninth Printing of this amazing game. It comes with the expansion, Le Grand Hameau, as well as all of the promo cards released over the years!
positive · AI labelView post →Ligue 1 in the doldrums but you can (occasionally) be forgiven for forgetting: average crowds of 40,000+ across last night’s final round of games, 2.98 goals per game, some amazing strikes and a 99th-minute Abdoulaye Toure panenka saving Le Havre and potentially sending Lyon into the Europa League.
neutral · AI labelView post →Looks like the game against Le Havre will be the last chance for MHSC to stay in Ligue 1. Anything other than a victory will make the team play on Friday evening next year.
neutral · AI labelView post →I love Le Havre. My co-hosts did not really like it at all. If you’re interested in hearing more about this play we discuss it here: podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/b...
positive · AI labelView post →The inland port is a resource management game. It's most interesting feature is the 2-dimensional track on which you keep the amount of goods. In theory, each vertical position is just a +3 on goods, but as you'll find out while playing: that's a simplification. You basically have four or five resources (wood, bricks, fish and grain...the currency doubles as a resource and victory points). In twelve days, you and your opponent are taking a few actions per day each, either building factories…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This is a faithful reproduction of the boardgame from Uwe Rosenberg. Reminiscient of Settlers of Catan in that it's a resource/building game. There's not much to it and unless you love this boardgame or Settlers of Catan like boardgames, there's no compelling reason to buy it, however, it achieves the objective set out by the developer and runs very will on modern PCs, supporting UHD resolution and having clean, stylised graphics suitable for the setting.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →The game features asynchronous online play and matches against a capable AI opponent. The objective is to accumulate victory points by owning buildings; buildings produce resources that are used to purchase more buildings. Each building card displays its initial cost, victory point value, and function; the interface needs to way to zoom out or display more cards at a time. Every turn, each player can either build a new building or use an existing one; building functions move goods counters in…

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Le Havre: The Inland Port is the video game adaptation of the board game of the same name. The game is what you would expect out of a video game adaptation of a board game. If you don't like board games you won't like the game but if you do you should enjoy the game quite a bit. Basically Le Havre: The Inland Port is a medium strategy board game where you play against another player to score the most victory points. You acquire resources and money which you use to buy buildings. These…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →September winding down. Maybe there’ll be game night this week to get one more bigger game in. Last week was another light one. Scythe and one of the Akropolis plays were asynch. Le Havre was solo.
neutral · AI labelView post →Never taken it but it would have been handy as a kid as we did the Dover-Calais crossing more but switched to Portsmouth-Le Havre. Friends in London find it handy. Being from The North it hasn't impacted my life. Now if they'd run a high speed rail link down the east coast right to the Chunnel that would be a game changer.
neutral · AI labelView post →I find Le Havre fascinating at different player counts. There's always 7 actions in each round, regardless of how many players there are. In a 2 player game, lots of time to do everything. In a 5 player game, you'll mostly only get 1 action per round! Becomes a completely different experience!
positive · AI labelView post →I find the two player games fascinating. Le Havre vs Le Havre: The Inland Port, Agricola vs Agricola all creatures big and small etc. It's intresting how it distilled the bigger game into the two player package, I'd recommend checking them out next!
positive · AI labelView post →September plays, light this month, war chest, innovation, Tigris and Azul are some top BGA plays, nice to play a game of Estates, Le Havre, Hansa and Root and continue Kings Dilemma! What were some of your favorite plays from last month?

neutral · AI labelView post →It's a fairly sloppy implementation, but it works. GRIPES: -- There's a weird bug during scoring where the cards get tallied, but then they keep flipping around even after you hit the "skip to end" button. Repeated clicks result in different (inaccurate) final scores being displayed. -- There's no undo button. (Misclicks happen!) -- There's no indication of how much you've already spent (or the total cost of what you're buying) on the warehouse screen; it only tells you how much you still need…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I used to play the board game a lot in the Public library at Burlington VT It was better. My primary gripe is that it tends to be too repetitive much like Ring around the Rosie I just enjoy socializing with it. Online. THat's all.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This is an amazing version of an already great two player game. The presentation, user interface, and the attention to the little details really make this fun game easy to play. I can't wait to see what the developers bring over next.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →wait wait... Le Havre made the hotness list?? Right On!!!!! Great game! Love "old" boardgames!!
positive · AI labelView post →Great group of games!! We play a lotta Schotten Totten as a family. Have you played the digital version of Le Havre? That game shines so much brighter when you don’t have to fiddle with the chits and upkeep. And Ark Nova is my most played game by a wide margin.
positive · AI labelView post →Le Havre is an amazing game. Funny you say that though, because for me he's Caverna, Le Havre, Feast For Odin, and Nusfjord.
positive · AI labelView post →Le Havre: The Inland Port, developed by DIGIDICED and published by Twin Sails Interactive, is a digital adaptation of Uwe Rosenberg’s acclaimed two-player board game. It distills the essence of resource management and economic planning into a tight, strategic duel between two rivals striving to build the most prosperous harbor. The experience is smaller and more focused than many of its digital board game contemporaries, but within that focus lies a refined system of decision-making that…
