It was a short puzzle game. The game, the story, and especially the music were all wonderful. The atmosphere pulled me in from start to finish, and everything worked together to tell a touching story. The puzzles were well designed and not frustratingly difficult, but satisfying to solve without needing to look up hints. This game is definitely worth playing.

What an absolute gem this game is. I wanted to play something cozy and this game gave so much more than I expected. The art is beautiful, the music is gorgeous and the story is intriguing. The puzzles are just hard enough so it is interesting. It is absolutely a great experience, perfect for a cozy night with the biggest cup of tea you can muster.

I really enjoyed playing most of this game. A couple of puzzles were tricky, but the satisfaction from getting them solved was just over the top :D It's also unusual how there's zero explanations or instructions, yet it doesn't complicate things one bit. When the story came to an end, I was sad not only because it was over, but because the portrayal of sacrifice and love was truly amazing -- and heartbreaking.

I really enjoyed playing this game, I can't describe how amazing this game is, the artwork is beautiful, the soundtrack is powerful the puzzles were fun not easy neither hard to solve. Beautiful and touching story, in some scenes I got goosebumps of how the soundtrack fitted to the scenes, I even teared up like a baby!! Indeed a magical point and click game!!

Wait to light up next room. Wait to fill in painting. Wait to walk across room. Wait to push chest. The art is lovely but dear god it's literally more waiting than gameplay. It's a gorgeous game but I cannot in good faith reccomend one that has so little respect for your time.

The puzzles in this game are very easy, and it purposefully makes you move slowly. I tried to get into that, to feel the vibe, but I never could make it. The cut scenes were very long, especially at the end. If you're a fan of puzzle games, like Myst, I'd skip this one. If you like little cartoons that try to tug at your heart strings and you want an easy challenge, give it a try. It wasn't for me.

If you like good art, this is the game for you... unless you actually also want a game. The characters move laboriously, which is made worse by the amount of times they have to push a block from one side of the screen to the other and back. The puzzles rely on repeating actions in the correct sequence: make a mistake and you have to start over. Each of these actions comes with its own animation, which fills a few seconds and thus pads the playing time even more. The whole game is a series of…

From a completely visual standpoint: This is an absolutely gorgeous game with a beautiful soundtrack that makes you feel like you are traversing through a children's book. The artwork and animations where 100% what drew me to buy the game to begin with. Unfortunately from a game play standpoint, the puzzles are very bland. The most challenging aspect about a few of them is how tedious it is to do certain repetitive tasks again and again with characters that move very slowly. I never really had…

Great art and story. LUNA The Shadow Dust contains no single word - not even one in the game menu. At first I doubt the puzzles (no hints available) or the story can be told this way. The puzzle goes from simple to medium difficulty, few I need to work my brain out but the clocktower puzzle and season puzzle are almost a killer. Mostly puzzles are pretty obvious to solve, and the interests to click are striking. The girl and cat work in calibrate, together they climb and light up the once dark…

I entered the game anticipating more of a conventional point-and-click adventure in the inventory management manner, but what I experienced was special. You’ll be asking yourself “what or WHO is Luna and what, exactly, is shadow dust? And why am I climbing this tower anyway?” while being consistently rewarded with enjoyable puzzles and cutscenes. Did I mention how beautiful this game is? Everything in the game is lovingly hand drawn and you can tell. This includes over 20 minutes of actually…

Mostly relaxing little point-and-click. I really loved it. Fun to do, not too long, casual, nice visual style, love the handdrawn, cartoonish feel. Nice to have the two characters who can do things together, and cooperate on the same problem while in different places. And no dialogue is very restful. Music is good too (though I mostly play games with volume off or down low). Some minor drawbacks in my view: I'm a raw beginner in games, and found some of the puzzles a bit too subtle. Like…

This game was not for me. I personally like games with more challenging puzzles. This wasn't that. This games qualities are more in the artwork, which is fantastic but again, not why I play games. I didn't really even understand the story but that's probably on me since I checked out early on that end. Most of the puzzles were a variation of others I have seen ...not much originality there. I did think the shadow puzzles were interesting. Overall, for me, not time well spent.

I bought LUNA The Shadow Dust and had it in my library for a while because I wanted to dedicate a good chunk of time to it because I LOVE the art style and animation in this game. SO CUTE! In this game you play as Uri. At the start you wake up on the ground and you see a big tower nearby. You go to the tower and begin your quest. You venture though different rooms and solve puzzles point and click style. As you go through different areas you can begin to piece together a story of past,…

Sure, if you're looking for a low-stakes cozy game with pretty artwork and a cute animal companion. A lot of other puzzles are pretty monotonous, though. More time is spent going back and forth than actually solving puzzles, and some of the achievements are counted weirdly so they aren't ones you'd stumble upon easily in regular game play (e.g., not just going through a door 20 times... but specifically the *wrong* door 20 times....?) But walking in the shadows was fun. So. There's that.

Got this on a whim, thought it looked good for the price. It was, my nieces absolutely adore this game. They've played it a few times and still love playing it. It's both easy and hard but doesn't feel like you're missing items or something, like in other point and clicks. It's a fun puzzle game with a cute art style and heartwarming story. A little artistic puzzle game with some interesting mechanics. Liked the art style. Got some fine music. Some cool mechanics. The shadow concept, while not new, is an interesting way of adding a bit of puzzle platforming. Sadly though, several puzzles are very tedious. When you're trying to figure out how something works, more than half the time is you waiting for your character to get to the correct spot, do some thing, wait several seconds more for some animation to finish, notice it didn't…

The artwork for this game is really beautiful - so beautiful that my first impression was that it's a shame there's not more to do in each scene. For the artwork alone I would recommend it... but I gotta say the cut scenes really killed the vibe... it seems like there's a lot of interesting mythical backstory here, but it's sort of only hinted at. The main story, revealed in cut scenes is... meh. The music for the most part is nice, but there are points where the synth strings are just cloying.…

The art and music is just so, so good. The storyline is beautifully tied together at the end as well, so if you like all of those things: this game is meant for you. It's very short. It could so easily have been twice as long and not lost any of its momentum or appeal. It fleshes out a lot of its time with animated interstitials telling a story, which is a simple but effective and emotional one. The puzzles are straightforward, and sometimes too simple, but have a lot of variety in how to apply their solutions. The art is beautiful, and very evocative. I recommend it, but I would have preferred more: more story; more puzzles; more difficulty; more variety.

Beautiful game but the gameplay is just very frustrating. Hard to find the objects you can interact with and while a lot of the puzzles take a while to solve it's because they're repetetive rather than challenging. I got stuck on one level because it demands very precise timing that the controls just aren't built to handle. Finished the game out of pure stubborness but the combination of annoying gameplay and very long, slow cut scenes was not enjoyable.

Puzzle difficulty is not that hard, just very time consuming. it's slow pace puzzle game. If you don't like something going fast you might need to look for something else. I don't get the story. Especially the ending. I had no idea that thing would do that. there was very little info about it. Maybe my life is filled with doubts. The price... I think this game doesn't worth the $20. Other than those, It's okay puzzle game. Could be better. Just not good enough, sadly.

This game is a masterpiece. The music, the art...it's reminiscent of so many of my favs (ghibli, gris, etc) while still being unique and having its own story to tell <3 At its core, LUNA is a point & click escape room...progress is linear and you mostly just go from one room to the next by solving puzzles. However, there are also some really gorgeous and cinematic cut scenes between levels that add a lot of depth to the story, and keep it from feeling like you're just solving random puzzles…

A gorgeous point n' click puzzle game, with just the right amount of challenge and a wonderful soundtrack. It was a very peaceful experience to play.

My goodness, the art in this game is lovely! The pace slows you down and really makes you appreciate the details. This is fine when you are correctly solving puzzles but a bit more challenging when you struggling through and not quite getting it. However, there is only one puzzle in the game that was complex enough that the pacing became frustrating. I am glad I spent the time I did with this story and world.

A beautiful Point-and-Click puzzle game with gorgeous hand drawn visuals, an enchanting soundtrack and an emphasis on light and shadow puzzles. Luna The Shadow Dust has a storybook feel throughout, helped handily by the visuals and soundtrack. The story follows Uri and his companion Layh as they climb the Tower and try to reach the top to restore the light and discover what happened to it. The puzzles range in difficulty but are never so difficult as to be frustrating. The game took me around…
