I strongly advice installing the tweaks mod: https://www.nexusmods.com/ninjagaiden2black/mods/8?tab=description It fixed the stutter and boosted my fps. What's weird is that it just changes some game engine defaults, i don't understand how the dev team couldn't figure it out. Anyway, I enjoy the violence.

Ninja Gaiden 2 Black does not allow DLSS with the GP version and, frankly, the game has seriously demanding performance that would benefit from it and DLSS frame-gen.
