24 Years later and I finally beat this game! And I got to play it with my daughter <3

Great for children and a fun distraction for adults. The artwork and animations are gorgeous with rich color and the story is very cute. Takes around 2 hours to beat, but I believe the puzzles to solve change slightly each playthrough. Works great on the Steam Deck running in ScummVM and still receives occasional compatibility updates now 26 years later. Highly recommended!

This game was my childhood. I play this game whenever I think of it. A game that deserves its money to the fullest.

I can confirm this is just as fun 20yrs later.

This game was preinstalled on all my local library's computers when I was a kid- I never stayed long enough to beat it, but now as a grown ass adult I've finally been able to learn this games ingenious lesson about dietary balance and nutrition that's meant for 8 year olds. Quite possibly the greatest game ever made. 10/10.

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This game reminds us why it's important that we should choose peace instead of war all over the world. Pajama Sam even reminds us that all the best culinary food delights are made by different kinds of food mixed together and that we should work together to make a better future.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Sam is absolutely horrific. Where does his head end and his hair begin? Is his skull just shaped like that? Is he made entirely of hair? I have not slept for the past week because this question has kept me awake at night. I am tormented by visions of Sam every time I close my eyes. If anyone knows a good therapist, please send them my way.

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Game 8: Pajama Sam 3: You Are What You Eat from Your Head to Your Feet Pajama Sam becomes a political prisoner and then helps stop a war between various nations by ensuring the peace talks happen between the food groups. I am not even joking. That's the entire plot of the game. #205in2025
positive · AI labelView post →Don't forget! Today @robotortoise.com will be streaming Pajama Sam 3 from 3 PM PST. The game is about... *checks notes* A green boy in pyjamas who needs to chase snickerdoodles. Of course, the tip of the food pyramid reigns supreme (sugary treats). Maybe this is like Veggie tales idk
neutral · AI labelView post →An all time classic game that everyone should play. I used to play this as a kid with my mother when she was still with us and seeing this game here and being able to play it again really brings back good times. So glad to see these games kept alive on steam
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →10/10 would get taken as a political prisoner again.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I bought it for the nostalgia, but now my 6-year-old is getting to play it too. It runs as well as it ever did on Windows 98, and there are no major graphics issues on Windows 11. The story holds up, and the game's randomizing puzzles make it re-playable for kids.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Another game that may not be considered scary but I found it so a number of times was Pajama Sam 3. I got creeped out at the start and the transition into the game part, and it was stressful at times too fhdaskfh

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Loved this game so much as a child that the memories of it would resurface again every once in a while to the point where I longed to experience it once more and it absolutely didn't disappoint. Jam-packed with nostalgia and my overall love for the Humongous games this was just as fun to play being a 27 year old grown ass adult ♡

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Greatest game of all time
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →As a kid, probably played this the most of the Pajama Sam games, but I couldn't tell you why. Playing it now, I think its one of the weaker entries. Not bad by any means, but definitely not as good as 1 or 2.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Absolute joy as in chidhood.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I really liked Pajama Sam 3. It continues to use the gameplay formula from Pajama Sam 2 but in a new environment. Sure it doesn't Innovate, but it doesn't devolve the formula either. You still have item randomisation and different places where each main objective/person can spawn. Also in some ways it feels both like first and second game atmosphere vise, which is good considering most people consider It a true finale of the series! It feels laid back and open world esque exploratory like the…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →had a dream I was making a Homestuck point and click adventure game, but specifically in the style of Pajama Sam 3
neutral · AI labelView post →I used to eat bugs for money in high school does that mean I am bugs???
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →▰▰▰▰▰▰▰▰▱▱ Great Summary Although differing a bit more from its predecessors, this game still holds a level of care and attention come to be expected by the previous entries. It has a unique vibe to it with the body and health focus--with heavy political undertones--I had a blast streaming it to my friend group and found it super enjoyable even without playing it as a kid. Something about the style and charm of these games holds up so well and I cannot recommend them enough.

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Pajama Sam slays. please bring the fourth game to mac
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →pajama sam does it again. A riveting game ...! A young boy travels the world... will he do the dance quest? Or the other one! IDK! Amazing stuff. Blows pajama sam 2 out of the water.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Not as aesthetic or funny as the first game, and there are fewer random things to click on, but it's still a nice nostalgia trip, and a relaxing, simple inventory-based point & click game. The Canpunk song goes hard.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →are you ready for the based kino
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →very good game one of the best in the in pajama sam
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Great game for young kids, but it’s got some puns and jokes that make it fun for anyone. If you like to sit back and relax while playing, this very laidback game is great. I always liked the quirky characters and the candy. I wish it gave better hints where to click, as sometimes it’s very random.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →My 4 year old saw the thumbs up button when she was exiting the game and pressed it by her own choice. So she recommends it. I'm very proud.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →PAJAMA SAM 3 IS S TIER 🤩 I'm 32 and i'd still play the SHIT out of that game
positive · AI labelView post →A wonderful point-and-clicker from my childhood! This art style, music, animation, plot, voice acting - it's all great! Especially for a game from the 2000!

neutral · AI labelView post →Pajama Sam 3 Having my boyfriend show me his childhood games is probably the best things ever in life. Never played it before (only watched a few videos about it years ago) but watching him go through it was so much fun! It's also a very pretty game that holds up super well even today
positive · AI labelView post →great game for childhood exploration
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I love this game and the aspect of getting the different delegates of food to a peace conference. Also collecting box tops are so cool. I also love how a carrot talks to Sam and this game is about sweets and has lots of food in it. This game is inspiring definitely get it if you get the chance.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This is a game from my childhood. It is just as fun to play today as it was back then.
