While I have played this a lot in the past few weeks, and I plan to continue playing it, I unfortunately really cannot recommend the game. There are a good amount of positive things I enjoy about this game, however, the negative both outweigh and outnumber the positives. Lets start with the positives: The Roller Coasters! Unlike in a lot of similar games (Roller Coaster Tycoon and Planet Coaster) you can build your …

i've enjoyed playing this game. on hardest difficulty, the game does what other theme park games don't. it manages to stay difficult. operating costs for shops and rides, plus staff costs, keep going up greatly as you expand. and making sure your income is higher keeps you occupied. you don't reach a point where so much money flow in that you might as well play sandbox. but, the bugs are too many. camera is …

I was on the fence with getting this game.. and man am I glad I risked it. This game is truly unique with the impossifications on rides. Totally new animations and designs, which I did not expect. The devs have been hard at work patching the bugs and listening to community feedback, so while this game is not perfect, you can tell they put a lot of hard work into it. I hope they keep supporting this game and adding …

I really wanted to love this game. I grew up playing Rollercoaster Tycoon and Thrillville, and this had all the rights parts to succeed. I can tell a lot of passion was put into this game, from the intricate ride design and impossifications to the new mechanics and ride pieces. This game is unfortunately held back by the frequent bugs and glitches, as well as some questionable design desisions (e.g. only one train …

I have been waiting to buy this due to all the negative reviews so I got it cheap. Well worth the price I paid and I'm probably going to get the complete addition next time it's on sale. This feels very much like the old rollercoaster tycoon to me. It's simpler than planet coaster but that is a good thing imo and it has the added impossification aspect which is really fun. It gives you something else to earn from …

60 of 197 · most liked firstI bought the $99.99 physical "impossified edition" The advertisement stated it came with the zombeyond set which I did not receive. I contacted support, and they told me that was only available for overseas customers not American customers. That stipulation never mention in any of the advertisements so I feel lied to. I will not purchase anything else from this company. This is a warning to potential customers that they lie in their advertisements and do not ameliorate the situation when…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Built a roller coaster to meet a goal only for the game to tell me I didn't own the content so go buy it before you can open this coaster. SERIOUSLY! Not okay.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I keep trying to find an amusement park game comparable to Theme Park World from way back in the day, and thought this could be close but it is not. I don't want to spend 30 mins designing a single roller coaster, or have to customize every teenie tiny detail and super micro-manage everything. I think there is a real want out there for a theme park game that is casual, easy, and about the different themes you can have. A simple version. These newer theme park games are all so needlessly…

negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Months after launch and game is still full of bugs. Game mechanics stop working suddenly (or do not work at all) weird things happening all the time, despite your best efforts to find out why and how to fix them. It's now more annyoing then entertaining. There is at least one WAY better game out there about running amusement park.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Not a fan of the push/pull controls. AT ALL. It actually made me stop playing the game. Also, I'm not really here to build roller costers. I want to build theme parks. Please don't make me go through the tutorial of building a roller coaster. Give me the option to opt out of it and move on.

negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This is my honest opinion of the game since purchasing the premium edition before release: I would like to firstly highlight the following as a TL;DR. Has the game improved since launch? Yes, it has. Has it improved itself enough to warrant the pricetag? No. So, let's list the positives: - Open ended coaster design - Detailed, live coaster statistics - Coaster "Hooks" that act as mini-goals to achieve with each coaster And the negatives: - Certain coaster parts just are not animated in any…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Several hours into game several days later and i am still at a huge no. major graphics issue, the workers dont really do their jobs regularly at certain points in all scenarious the rides just break. I built the vortex it broke down so before it could be repaired i built another one but the one i built was broken which was a huge waste of money which tells me there are MAJOR issues with their coding of the game. Paths are quirky and weird dont joint together propery. Workers cannot be made…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Another one for the Maybe pile. The Game itself runs fine solid FPS no performance bugs for me, that being said there are ALOT of little bug that stem from this being a Console focused release, (or at least feeling like it) example the camera is very sticky around rides and will slow down to a crawl. I do want to like the game, but unless you're using a controller (yes it fixes alot of the issues i had, i checked) its not worth getting on PC. Otherwise its a decent park builder, about a…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Feels like a money grab, park management is vary repetitive as are the rides the upgrades and the story line. I would suggest wait for a sale, but then it seems they plan to hide everything that should be in the base game behind dlc. god bless capitalism.

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I waited and bought this on sale because I had heard so many bad things about bugs, etc. This game is the closest to RCT3 that i have seen. It takes some thought but it is not impossible (for me) like Planet Coaster. I still have more to explore so I don't want to go overboard with the praise. I haven't experienced any bugs and there are prefab coasters so you don't always have to build them. Designing the coasters is usually my least favorite part of this game, I"m more into the park…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Hi!! I am hoping this review helps someone, because I would have loved to know this information before purchasing at the end of 2024. For medical and ergonomic reasons I am a controller player. I cannot use KB/M for play. I have been looking for a Theme Park game with great controller support that doesn’t just feel like I am moving the mouse with the left stick for YEARS. In 2024, we have two good options for this. Planet Coaster 2, and Park Beyond (this game). Not only is the controller…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Game worked awful in the beginning and every dlc they put out was lack luster. 2 flat ride this and 1 coaster that, how the hell do you make a whole park themed off of that? I miss older games like Sims Theme park and was really hoping this would scratch that itch. It instead was insulting and the itchiness formed into a rash with paid dlc not included in the season pass.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This game deserves much more love and attention than it got. I have played many different theme park games through the years and this is the first one that has been able to capture my attention like RCT 2 did. The mechanics of this game are fantastic and being able to upgrade rides by impossification is EXACTLY what a game like this needs! It pushes you to keep going and improving the rides, staff, and shops by upgrading them adds a level of strategy and satisfaction that many games like this…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →After the initial reviews I waited to buy this when it was on sale for $20. After 30 hours and a complete run through of the campaign mode, here are my thoughts. Positives: - Fun story line - Intuitive tutorial throughout the campaign - Coasters are simple to build! - Impossification is a unique addition - Challenges take some thought - Bright, colorful designs - Not focused on scenery building (which is a plus for me, but may not be for others) Areas for Improvement - Definitely bugs, here…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Guests all of a sudden stop riding rides, staff won't do their jobs and there is no way to assign work zones (walk by litter to empty a trash can on the opposite end of the park) nor pick them up and place them where they should be. Coasters feel bad to build since they usually aren't that profitable most of the time. In fact, I am usually annoyed whenever I have to build a coaster which is very BAD for a coaster park game. Overall, this game has some neat ideas like the imposification and…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I came into this game with extremely low expectations. After Tropico 6 and HoMM VII I wouldn't trust Limbic Entertainment to run a bath, let alone the development of a park building game, a genre that has consistently failed to hold a candle to Sawyer's Rollercoaster Tycoon titles from the turn of the millenium. On top of that, the reviews painted an incomplete, bug filled gaming experience. But I am eating my words to write this. The game is highly functional, laying and editing tracks for…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Well, this would have been an awesome game if not for some questionable design choices. The graphics are fantastic and the game is full of humour. The impossification is an original idea and I love it. At first it seems that this game has everything. And then... From a profit of 6000 in 10 seconds I had -500 because the peeps suddenly refused to enter half of my rides (why?!!!) and to buy anything from half of the shops. More precisely from half of my park. Maybe it's a bug, but I think it's…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I expected literally a spiritual successor to Thrillville, but this game lacks the, how do I say it, action feel? Like jumps from a ram, high speed dives and all that, it lacks the feel of speed, impact and such. The path finding for building tracks and walkways is horrible, the tutorial is lengthy and often just won't register when something is build right on the spot. The management system is okay, I had no issues with that. Its nice to use community content, if it even loads. I am sad to say…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Its not the love child of thrillville and roller coaster tycoon that I was hoping for. I really wished that I could exit the over head god view when I'm done building and managing and run around the park like I am a guest. A ride camera alone has just never been enough to immerse myself in these kind of games. If you could run around riding the rides, talking to guests and playing minigames and such it would have been perfect. But for what it is, its great and I am grateful. The wackiness and…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I got this game on sale for $10. I spent the entire next week navigating the campaign mode and had a really great time. I was addicted. What I love the most is building roller coasters that defy logic and physics and this game gives you the opportunity to do so. I played Planet Coaster beside this game and found that park beyond was more intuitive and allowed me to easily design my own whacky and crazy roller coasters, while Planet Coaster was restrictive and the controls felt clunky. You can…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →With the initial teething problems ironed out, this game, to me, is tremendous fun... I've spend 100's of hours playing and still love playing it.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I bought the Complete Edition hoping to have hundreds of hours of fun. Unfortunately the game completely freezes for about 4 seconds EVERY MINUTE. I see others saying the same thing, and there has been no solution from the developer. Also, the path laying is excruciatingly frustrating.

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I don't see why this game gets so many bad reviews. It's a good theme park game and the impossifications gives everything an extra twist. Also i find the roller coaster creator to be one of the easiest to use that I have tried.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Simply not stable. Buggy. There was potential but its just meh.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →graphics: Good game play: Fun Performance: Meh Worth it: Only on a sale DLC: Great Story: More of a sandbox Creativity: Excellent Difficulty: Easy to learn Age: Any age Overall: 7/10 but really fun if you have time to play it definitely play it. I hope this review of my opinion helped you.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Awful. I played it and it literately broke my pc. I had to bring it to a shop to get fixed. I also just started playing it recently and was having fun until i realised you CAN'T PLACE ANYTHING ANYMORE. idk if it's just me but you litterly cant place anything but rides. So you cant decorate or get food stalls. If you want it get it on cd keys for £5 not worth the big price tag.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Got my first taste of Park Beyond at Gamescom 2022 and I immediately loved it! The creativity here is off the charts :). The DLCs feel a bit pricey for what they offer
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Game is buged you can't create a path between roller coasters at the exit it always crashes. After you build a lot of rides, the FPS drops and the game crashes.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Too many issues with this game rides that guests just stop using so you have to sell the ride and buy the EXACT same one or a worse one because it's not impossified but they will now use it? go figure... rollercoasters that get stuck so you have to keep closing them and re-opening them tasks that are impossible to complete because the game doesn't pick up on the fact you've completedthem.... constant freezing and stuttering (I am on a AMD 7950x with 64gb of 5600mhz ram and a fricking 4090!)…

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I see a lot of reviews here comparing this game to RCT. That is understandable because RCT is a long-running franchise that includes Planet Coaster. However, the fact is that this is from a completely different developer, and they were not at all looking to create a "Realistic" sim. Instead, the game focuses on fun and imagination which in my opinion, the game absolutely excels at. While there are not as many customization options at the moment compared to Planet Coaster, the game certainly has…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Just wow! This blew my expectations out the water! its like Planet Coaster but soooooo much better!! I cant fault it! for the 80% off sale you HAVE to try it! 10/10!
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Its good, Better than Planet coaster as its much more intuitive and user friendly. HOWEVER, A lot more work is needed. Especially with Path building & bugs. They need to focus less on these overpriced DLCs and more of fixing the base game or they wont have an audience left to shovel the DLCs to.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →The game sucks. First off, they baby spoon you all the rules for two hours so you can't get a refund anymore. Hours 6, you finally get to make a coaster or two. The building mode is really good. But don't you mess anything for no reason at all or the ride won't work and you won't have any idea WHY ! You spend an hour making a cool caster ? Well, only two people will go in, the rest will be queening for eternity. And your park is ugly, big chunk of nothingness everywhere, exactly like in the…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Pretty cool game, reminds of the old park simulators i played years ago
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →It's just like Planet Coaster but with a gimmick and weird story line with annoying characters. Hated how they made me make a roller coaster first thing in the campaign mode. I hate making roller coasters...so I appreciated the prebuilt ones they have once you are finally building in the theme park.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Park Beyond is different. I have been a player in Theme Park Building games for many years. While Sim Theme Park is my all-time favorite, Park Beyond gives a feel for the theme park and coaster-building dynamic that made that game different from Roller Coaster Tycoon at the time. Park Beyond is as close as one may get to Sim Theme Park in the modern day. Unlike modern games of this genre (RTC 3 and Planet Coaster), Park Beyond has a different feeling. The Good: It is a cost-effective game…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →There are many good things about this game - there is a nice ride selection, it looks quite nice graphically, building wacky rollercoasters is fun, and customizing your campaign goals is a nice touch. However, in many ways, this game feels early access and if I hadn't gotten it on sale for $10 I would be incredibly upset - a base $50 price tag is honestly laughable given the state of this game. Controls- rotation and height controls. Would you like to rotate a ride just a little to the left? -…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This game has potential, i really wanted to like it but right now i cannot recommend it. i have requested a refund. Rather Play Planet Coaster. I will monitor this game and hopefully it improves.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This game is similar to rollercoaster tycoon and planet coaster, I like the fact the campaign is challenging and has different aims rather than just make x amount of money. The creativity is not as good as planet coaster but I feel the campaigns are better and so is the management interface which is more similar to RCT.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →The game's biggest attraction is undoubtedly the building tools. You can construct highly detailed parks and, in particular, create elaborate roller coasters with modular parts. "Impossification" allows you to modify rides to make them more spectacular and physically impossible compared to real-life rides. If you primarily love building , Park Beyond has a lot to offer. The game is more accessible than some of the heavier management simulators, and the coaster editor allows for a lot of…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →have less than 5 hours, my rig can handle better games than this and yet it crashes before it loads, cant get a refund, very disappointed....
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This is the perfect mix for me. I don't have to design everything down into the smallest detail. I can just put down things and they look nice. I only wish for more pre-desinged landscape elements. Other park planers where way to overwhelming for me. This one is cozy. I love it!
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →grew up on zoo tycoon, realized there were no alternatives, tried out this quirky little theme park manager and had a great time. I still haven't finished the story because I spend hours decorating my parks each mission and despite the criticism of the campaign and its "annoying characters," I actually find them quite charming. Having a story line in a game like this has kept me entertained and not mindlessly clicking through the dialogue. There is A LOT to do here but I still crave more.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I have found it enjoyable to create a working theme park. It reminds me of Bull Frog theme park.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Lots of bugs already and I've barely even played.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →got this game for 5$ . played Mission 1 and 2 so far , and i am in Love ! The only Theme Park Game i knew so far was "Theme Park World(1999)" for Ps1. So i was in dire need for a new Game and i think i found it !
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →After all this time it's most appropriate name is still beyond sh|t, Placing paths is just utterly broken with nonsence about nonexisting overlaps or inclines of half a centimeter being too steep. Don't waste your money!
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Recommended! I liked this game. Took me 18 hours to complete the campaign. I know others complained about bugs, but I didn't run into anything significant. I also liked Planet Coaster and RCT3, so if you like those, you will enjoy this game. Nice work devs, fun game.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I recommend it, but wait for a sale. The game is pretty fun and a cool take on the theme park management sim. Unfortunately, support for the game seems to have ended. Hopefully it ended because not much was planned for after launch, and not due to poor sales. I hope they make a sequel and build on the strong foundation of this game. I also hope that they support the sequel for much longer than they did this one.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →i7-11700f , 32gb ram, rtx 4090 Game will freeze a few seconds once in every 3 minutes. So far no other games that I play does this. Guests will get stuck RANDOMLY FOREVER. Restart or deleting the path doesn't fix it. Also the path building needs to be further refine, it doesn't flow as freely as other coaster games. It's a nightmare trying to conjoin 2 paths together at different altitudes. Would love to revisit this game once these issues had been fixed. Also to note, 5 hours in, have no…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →it crashes every time if you want to start a world with over 3 roaler coasters. it cant be my pc bcrs he have a very good performance
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Had for some time and bought the impossified edition, after all main dlc's have been released i have to say its just not upto the task. minimal quality and major bugs even many months after release. I do not recommend anyone to buy this product. With planet coaster 2 not far away, hold off as it will be much better quality and value for money.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →50e for half game and 50 more u get everyting and still u have nothing. dont waste ur money. up to 100e game.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Colorful and different. I played 5 hours in sandbox without realizing it.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I’m addicted! The campaign is fun. The game is completely editable. There seems to be no limits on how you can build your parks. You have terraforming, loads of props, and building parts. You can upgrade everything including the employees. You even get to control the payroll, products, entry and ride prices. It has caused a drastic memory loss of time. But the doctor says if I just stop playing it, I’ll recover quickly. No thanks. I’m in my happy place.
