It has the best roster in the series by far, and some of the most polished yet boldly experimental gameplay of the franchise. The only downside is you don't get access to the amazing arranged soundtrack since this is based on the arcade version.

Code Mystics did a great job on this port, rollback feels very solid even in 150+ ping, new features like hitbox viewers and replay takeover make learning a game that was pretty hard to learn for US/Canada players a fair bit easier. $20 is a bit high of an asking price for what is essentially a port though, and regional pricing is always lame, would like to see the price dropped a bit, pick it up when it goes on…

Cool you're releasing the classics but everyone just wants NGBC and KOF11. We can just play these on Fightcade for free. Real Bout 2 is a Fatal Fury classic - particularly for the introduction of Rick Strowd who is amazingly fun to play. It's a very deep and complex game that should give you endless joy. I miss Blue Mary's moveset from Real Bout Special but there's been some dope moveset changes for others. I real hope we get RBS modernized as well. It's also a true classic.
