What players are saying
Counted from the reviewers’ own thumbs up/down on the 59 English Steam reviews we collected, not by the AI. Valve’s all-language rating: Mixed (1,471 of 3,180 positive).
Many reviewers criticize the AI for being unfair and the game for lacking features from previous entries. [1][2][3] Several players warn that the game is unbalanced and relies too much on luck. [4][5][6]

Bought this game with very low expectation due to the reviews, but it's really fun to play with my wife. Brings back good memory of Richman 4. Goods: There are a lot of characters and 10-12 maps to play. A lot of replayability. There is a choice for the two players to be on the same team. Local co-op is pretty rare these days and that's a big plus. The graphics are very cute. Con: A lot has been cut, for example the …

The newest entry in the Richman series is here! Finally! This game is a HUGE step up from Richman 10, visually, at least. The game is missing a lot of stuff from Richman 10, but if you only really care about the mainstay characters, brand new boards, and cute lil plushies/figures on the properties, then this is for you!

Not recommended for those who already owned Richman 10 because it's very similar to Richman 10. Recommended to those who have not played Richman series before and did not own Richman 10. Disappointed that owned adjacent buildings cannot be combined into larger building. The challenge is rigged. The game is programmed that the landlord will win 99% of the time. It's not pure luck that landlord always able to avoid …

Don't even try this game. Whatever people say about it being worth a try if you haven't tried 10. Don't. Just play Richman 4. You will never find a better version. It's not even close. Just play Richman 4 straight up in chinese, even if you can't understand it. It's still better than this ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. Trust.

negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →It is very obvious the game developers were not satisfied with their jobs either because working environment or salary issues. The mechanism behind the game shows everything. You cannot see an ai mate suicides in any other games because human players have more money.... Also, no one will update this game forever, such a died game..
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Very good Battle Monopoly game with action cards and STONK'S, I dont think you can trade stonks online though. Some good maps and interesting ways to play cards. You can deliberately slow yourself down to get desired tiles or plant a bomb in enemy territory and run in to it to ruin there businesses. This game has A.I which the last game did not apparently, I am glad for this since none of my friends are ever going to pay for this game lol. Some small notes. You have money in hand and money in…

Each character has perks/abilities, and during the game you may bump into the little "gods" that provide buffs or debuffs. I really enjoy the Japanese voice option, and the fun themed boards! Overall a nice game, but the lack of active online matches is disappointing. TIPS - Use your phone to translate the game menu text so that you…

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →this is coming as someone new to the franchise and looking for something thats not monopoly. fun time killer! nice to open up and play a round for 1-2 hours, id suggest buying it on sale though rather then full price.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This game's AI has biased advantage by the system. Whole 100days they not even step in our territory, Even if they did, they have god of wealth. STUPIDDD
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Great art. Decent mechanism . FKN ANNOYING AS*KISSING AI DESIGN/BALANCING. Recommand if you play w your friends -and don't add a single AI player otherwise it WILL SMASH AND F**K YOU AND YOUR FRIEND AND highlights the pathetic fact that you and your friends have PAID for this SH*TTY EXPERIENCE.

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →turn off your brain as brain dead simplified monopoly game from our childhood is kinda back.... I miss the combat modes though
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Beautiful graphics. A good balance is struck among different elements of the game (like utility and price of properties, power of cards and random events). The only annoying thing is disconnection from server during online games. Otherwise, it's a really enjoyable game.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Keep on disconnect
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This is the crippled version of Richman 4. I expect it to have more feature and system but it does nothing and remove lots of fun feature.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Reminds me of Softstar's other long running series that they worked with EAS to try and bring to the west, which bombed mega hard Richman 11 Yet another game which failed to get across to the American market, due to no marketing, bad naming & being numbered 11, when no one knew what it even WAS
negative · AI labelView post →Richman 11 takes the familiar concept of a property-based board game and turns it into a lively mixture of financial competition, tactical card use, unpredictable events, and multiplayer mischief. Developed by CMGE and published by SOFTSTAR ENTERTAINMENT, it continues a long-running series while remaining approachable for newcomers. The basic objective is easy to understand: move around the board, acquire valuable property, improve your holdings, collect money from rivals, and try to survive…

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Rich4 was a good game in my childhood. I could never forget the joy it brought to me. Without continuing to play its sequels, after 20 years, I met this game, Richman 11, and bought it immediately without a thought. Honestly, it’s not that I have very high expectations, but after playing the game for several hours, I feel the game is merely an updated version of Rich4 with modern 3D graphics, new characters, new cards, a slightly modified system, an online platform, and a challenge mode. The…
