Rising Storm 2: Vietnam is a 2017 multiplayer tactical first-person shooter video game developed by Antimatter Games and Tripwire Interactive and co-published by Tripwire Interactive and Iceberg Interactive. It is a direct sequel to 2013's Rising Storm and is set during the Vietnam War. The game was released worldwide for Microsoft Windows through digital distribution platform Steam on May 30, 2017. The game itself is better than 90% of its genre. The problem is the developers are completely gone and the community is dwindling. (3-4 full servers at peak hours) It's especially bad because the developers left the game after an update caused an enormous amount of bugs. As far as I'm concerned, Rising Storm 2: Vietnam is the definitive Vietnam War video game, a shooter that stood the test of time. I wish more people would play it :/ I've originally played this game on the Epic launcher as it was given out for free years ago, but following some strange bug where I couldn't level up, I bought the game here on Steam. I'm glad I did, I at least now have all the DLC.
