Mid 90s platformer in DOSBox. Pros: - The EGA graphics are pretty. - You can use a gamepad within the game itself and it just works without much configuration needed. - Pretty big nostalgia feels for those who played this back in the day. - Unlimited attempts which cover bad level design (see cons). Cons: - The level designs & layout itself is an exercise in frustration. ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ like raised doors with locked keys …

I first got this game back in the late 90s on a 3.5inch floppy disk. If you were not born in the 90s, or know what a 3.5inch floppy disk is. Don't rate this review down. I've seen a few 12 year old not get old games. Don't be one of those. I clocked this game back then, and I'm on my way to doing so again in 2015. This game was and still is pretty sweet for a 2d platformer. You have multiple gameplay elements to …

Oh sweet nostalgia! I played the game ages ago! Secret Agent did not lose its charm after years. It is a solid and quite demanding platformer with a huge variety of levels. It is a very old game released in 1992 and it has things that many titles released that time lacked: a bit of story, proper savings, and what is very important to me - losing all lives means repeating a level, not losing whole game. The game is …

Nice, straight-forward platformer from the 90s. You have to find various items and destroy satellite dishes to finish the levels. It took me a while to play through all the 3 episodes and I had lots of fun with the game. Some of the enemies are a bit boring though. Never played this game back in the days, so there is no nostalgia clouding my mind. If you like the old Duke Nukem games you will have fun with this!

Oh boy, the feels. Don't let my play count fool you, I played this on end when I was young. Brings back the memories of taking apart and building computers when I was just learning to ride a bike. Controls are still soft and the enemies dumb, just the way I liked them. Great game to dip in and out of when you want to remember a simpler time. Works great on Windows 10.

This game when I was a lad of 10 would play this with my brother. We would take turns on each of the bases and destroy evil. This game is a platform puzzle, not mind boggling difficult puzzles, just stuff like collecting items in a certain order. I am running this on Windows 10 without problem, and my brother also purchased the game,…

Anyway the game itself is quite a brutal puzzle game but very satisfying and rewarding the graphics are retro sweet and the "pc speaker" sound adds to the atmosphere. It runs perfectly fine on my Win10 64 bit machine, very recommended!

However, Secret Agent is more than a simple piece of nostalgy. It is good old-fashioned 2D shooter platformer inspired by the first Duke Nukem Games. The background story is about agent who is sent to prevent Dr. No Body's heinous plans and during trip this agent we play as visits several different areas filled with enemies and…

Its mechanics are like Super Mario Bros, but you can shoot a gun, and have to get different color keys to unlock different color doors, making it more puzzle solving than Mario ever was. ME 2 was a "Heist" game, so could have anything happen. ME 3 was a "War" game, so everything had to be to do with the war or it made little sense.
