positive · AI labelView post →So excited to share the trailer for The Doomies, which will be out on Disney+ on 26th June! Getting to be one of the writers on this show was some of the most fun I have had (comedy horror, the dream!) and I can't wait for people to see it. www.youtube.com/watch?v=bjxJ...

positive · AI labelView post →Also, random thing, if you can, watch The Doomies, it is quite the fun show, bit of Gravity Falls vibe, with some action on top, made by a french studio, first season was just released and I really hope we get a second one!
positive · AI labelView post →There is a new ooky spooky cutey animated series on Disney+ called The Doomies that's a touch Gravity Falls meets Scooby-Doo. Target acquired!
positive · AI labelView post →The new series on Disney+, THE DOOMIES, takes place in the EVIL DEAD universe. They've shown the Necronmicon Ex-Mortis multiple times, but they're calling it the Grimoire.

neutral · AI labelView post →And while many in the animation community love to rag on #BoyGirlDogCatMouseCheese, there's no denial that the series' success has led to more original series involving the BGDCMC team (or that's what I like to think)! Case in point, an episode from #TheDoomies continues the BGDCMC link 🙂
neutral · AI labelView post →The Upcoming Show The Doomies is animated by Xilam so that makes sense.
neutral · AI labelView post →I forgot to mention these two upcoming series: Vanishing Point is from BBC and France Televisions (and also from the studios behind Boy Girl Dog Cat Mouse Cheese and Nate is late), and The Doomies is from Xilam and Disney+!
neutral · AI labelView post →The Doomies While not as tight as Gravity falls this is one of the best animated series I've seen in this era. There are some weird quirks but the characters, humor, animation and stakes are something to be admired. PLEASE WATCH THIS!!!

positive · AI labelView post →I recently installed Simkl on my phone and been seeing recommendations... so many animations ... President Curtis, Inside Job, Mating Season, Krapopolis, Midnight Gospel, The Doomies, Brickleberry, Close Enough, Breaking Bears, Grimsburg, Human Resources, Strip Law, Universal Basic Guys, Mulligan, Second Best Hospital in the Galaxy, The Long Story Short, The Freak Brothers ... I really liked the characters, story, worldbuilding, monsters of the week, and comedy of this series a lot! It's just such a fun and creative show! I just hope that we get another season so we don't end on that cliffhanger.

neutral · AI labelView post →While it's good that Disney is still intending to air the series, at the same time I feel that along with The Doomies they never have that much faith in it anyway.
negative · AI labelView post →The Doomies- Perfect spooky season watch that I had no idea about until I came across a YT short for it. If you’re one of those people desperate for Gravity Falls to come back..for some reason (like the show but just let things END!) then you definitely should watch this.
positive · AI labelView post →Btw swap the coming soon marketing there, we know The Doomies does fit as a linear show than a streaming show as does Chip n Dale: Park Life. Disney Plus does work when your a Marvel & Star Wars live action show along theatrical window first followed by streaming.
neutral · AI labelView post →I’m totally into this “Evil Dead for Kids” show, The Doomies, on Disney. I’ll be sad to finish it and never hear of it again =/ youtu.be/bjxJ8cl7beY?...
positive · AI labelView post →I am about halfway through The Doomies and the more of it I watch the more I like it! This show has some genuinely surprising turns and at this point I am incredibly interested in the characters and story! I can't wait to see where this show goes next!
positive · AI labelView post →Just finished the Doomies! Such a great show! It ended on a pretty intense cliffhanger, hope it gets picked up for another season!
positive · AI labelView post →Finished the Doomies. Great show
positive · AI labelView post →The Doomies season one Went into the show because I heard it described as “evil dead for kids” and gave off gravity falls vibes, and yeah it definitely was that. Very campy I really liked the use of color and the background design. I hope there is a season 2 because of that cliffhanger at the end

neutral · AI labelView post →i finished The Doomies and personally i really enjoyed the show and i hope the second season gets greenlit 🥺
positive · AI labelView post →I was going to challenge this sentiment, but then I remembered the number of new original animated series they cancelled from the past few years (will try to cherish Dragon Striker and The Doomies while they’re here)
neutral · AI labelView post →It's bizarre seeing "the Doomies" already appearing here, when I don't think most people are even aware the show has already come out.
neutral · AI labelView post →For my lamenting 10 episode streaming series and their problems, well Disney has quietly put this out. The Doomies, a 22 episode season, episodic while still building up a narrative and character arcs. A supernatural monster show with some nice ott anime style action scenes. youtu.be/bjxJ8cl7beY
neutral · AI labelView post →Getting into this crazy kids' show as long as I still have a Disney/Hulu trial. It's heckin' adorable. They fight demons and monsters and all kindsa curses! #TheDoomies I'm still unclear on why there's an enclave of Americans in a little town in France 😄 but it's fun. Ages 8-103. #WeekendWatching
positive · AI labelView post →I'm quite happy with The Doomies, which is a new animated horror series on Disney+. I am not happy that, when I try to watch it in the original French, Disney+ needs something like 30 seconds after each commercial break to re-engage the subtitles. Le sigh.
neutral · AI labelView post →The Doomies wasn't perfect, but it was still a very ambitious and creative show that doesn't feel babyproofed
positive · AI labelView post →just finished The Doomies! My thoughts on the series (CONTAINS SPOILERS) What I liked: It's genuinely scary. Not "ghost clip art" scary, actually scary, filled with body horror and possession and disgusting monsters.

neutral · AI labelView post →I agree that GF shouldn't continue, especially if Alex doesn't want to do it. However if you're wanting another show that has a similar vibe of two tweens solving paranormal mysteries check out 'The Doomies'. It's on Disney+ or, other places. Not as good as GF, maybe but still fun, I think.
neutral · AI labelView post →These are the best Disney animated show of the year! Overall, best characters and artstyle #DragonStriker #TheDoomies
positive · AI labelView post →I'll admit, at one point I thought there wouldn't be anymore good TV cartoons, but not only were Lost Tapes and Side Quests actually decent IP revivals, the Among Us show was excellent, The Doomies and Dragon Striker showcased French talent, and of course we got indies like Gameoverse.
