neutral · AI labelView post →The Fox and The Hound remains an underrated Disney film in my opinon. It is probably the best, story-wise, movie they came out with in the whole of the 70's, and is tracking in far larger ideas than anything before it. I would argue its the first emotionally challenging Disney film.
positive · AI labelView post →When my daughter was a toddler her favorite movie was The Fox and the Hound. Every day she would yell “I wanna watch the fockin’ hound!”

neutral · AI labelView post →Probably a bit too late to post art here but anyway. It's pretty obvious that I love animals in general and have a deep connection with them, and foxes are special creatures - started being obsessed with them at a very young age, since I watched "The Fox and the Hound" movie from Disney.

neutral · AI labelView post →I love the Disney animated movie "The Fox and the Hound" which lasts approximately twenty minutes and features a young fox and a young dog growing and playing together and being friends and then the movie is OVER, NOTHING ELSE HAPPENS
positive · AI labelView post →Everything by Don Bluth. Literally everything his name on is childhood gold. Sometimes a little scary, but in a modern fairy tale sort of way. An American Tale All dogs go to Heaven The Secret of NIMH The Fox and the Hound The Land Before Time His movies never treated children like fools, a sentiment that's only recently becoming the standard for children's entertainment and he was doing it in the 80s.
neutral · AI labelView post →THE AUDIENCE IS LEFT WITH HAPPY FEELINGS, CERTAIN THAT THE FOX AND THE HOUND WILL CONTINUE BEING FRIENDS FOR THE REST OF THEIR LIVES. WASN'T THAT SUCH A GREAT, SHORT MOVIE WITH A NICE HAPPY ENDING???
neutral · AI labelView post →1) Dixie from the Fox and the Hound's sequel Haven't seen the movie, assume it's direct-to-video schlock (but I could be wrong) but I've seen scenes with Dixie and cringey AMVs from decades ago. But Reba's voice, Dixie's curvy quadruped build and her dances in the Good Doggie scene...she's just sex
neutral · AI labelView post →Looking through the Disney film list to see which I have / haven’t seen, remember seeing The Fox and the Hound in the cinema when it came out and thinking it was a bit of a drop in quality. It came out when I was five.
negative · AI labelView post →Very true. My childhood movie watching consisted of whatever used VHS tapes we found at garage sales or not-Blockbuster rental stores. The Disney movies I watched on repeat were like The Fox and The Hound, The Rescuers Down Under, and 101 Dalmatians. Everthing else was non-Disney and NOT a classic.
neutral · AI labelView post →If there is a Disney movie that I would compare Brother Bear to, I would choose The Fox And The Hound because of how it keeps its mature story consistent throughout. While some elements of the Disney formula may be distracting, but it gets its credit where credit is due.

Smolitz plushies watching The Fox and The Hound 🤗 Fun fact: The movie footage was streaming on Disney+, but it didn't have the classic castle opening. So I had to use editing magic to make it sound like it was 😂Because I really wanted to include that

I was on my own a lot and created "The Red Fox Chronicles", because The Fox and the Hound was my favorite movie then. Except... this was inspired by other media I watched/read 2/10

negative · AI labelView post →This is a tough one for me. I was an 80s kid, so we had stuff like the Fox and the Hound and All Dogs Go to Heaven, all designed to make children cry Transformers the Movie was an experience but wasn't exactly good Not animated but I watched the Great Muppet Caper dozens of times

positive · AI labelView post →The Fox And The Hound! I haven't seen very many Kurt Russell Films besides The Thing and I'm not going to say Vanilla Sky so I had to google and was surprised to find he played Copper in the very first film I saw at the cinema.
neutral · AI labelView post →I just realized why ALL of these movies have the same look and feel to them. It's because ALL of them had former Disney animator Richard Rich (known for The Fox and the Hound, The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh, The Small One, and The Black Cauldron) involved, directing and producing.
neutral · AI labelView post →How has no one said The Fox and The Hound? That film CHANGED me. It's on the list of movies idk if I can ever watch again, it hit me so hard, but it was one of my absolute favourites as a child, right up there with Charlotte's Web & Land Before Time. 🥹❤️🩹

positive · AI labelView post →I saw Return of The Jedi in the theaters, as well as The Black Cauldron, and The Fox and The Hound. Oh and I vaguely remember watching a 2 hour long advertisement for The Power Glove, called "The Wizard." I have also paid $0.60 per gallon for gasoline.
neutral · AI labelView post →The Fox and the Hound. Not only is the movie depressing. I've been guilt tripped my entire life for ruining my older sister seeing this in theaters when I was a baby.
negative · AI labelView post →I remember watching The Fox and the Hound as a kid and bawling my fucking eyes out like no movie got to me before. God damn.
positive · AI labelView post →You know what I just realized is horrifying rewatching The Fox and the Hound as an adult? One of these pelts might as well have been Tod's mother who died at the beginning of the film
neutral · AI labelView post →I think The Fox and the Hound is the more substantial of these both as a movie and as a crux point in the studio's history. The creative diaspora that emerged from the misery of its production basically changed the entire face of American animation forever. Dindal worked on both, which is crazy...
positive · AI labelView post →The Fox and the Hound is one of the few animal books I read not set in England despite being about fox hunting. I plan on watching the movie after I never seen it before but I feel like Disney is not going to be very accurate here.
neutral · AI labelView post →Age yourself with a movie you saw in a theater as a kid. The Fox and The Hound

neutral · AI labelView post →I've always loved Vixey from Disney's "The Fox and the Hound"! This movie is a great example of how "anthropomorphic animal" doesn't necessarily mean "bipedal"! I missed the release in theaters but fell in love on the re-release in the early 90s!
positive · AI labelView post →Have them read The Fox and the Hound. It is almost, but not quite, entirely unlike the movie.
