Created by Daniel Nettheim
It’s 1987, and Detective Georgia Cooke is called in to investigate the massacre of four scientists who have been brutally murdered in inexplicable ways, with a lone survivor the obvious suspect. But as Georgia digs deeper, unravelling a complex case entangled in mania, ritual, and the occult, her obsessive quest for the truth spirals into a nightmare that will put her family, career, and sanity on the line. 37… From TMDB

14 of 14 · most liked firstWatched the first episode of The Killings at Parrish Station & I don’t know if this is a violent crime thriller, whodunnit or a cosmic horror, or maybe all of the above, but I’m hooked on this little Aussie show already. Fast paced, non linear, and I just plain want to know what is even going on!
positive · AI labelView post →An update on The Killings at Parrish Station now I’ve binged the whole thing; Cracking little mystery horror show, enough twists and turns to keep anyone satisfied, whips along at a good clip; catch it before the inevitable American remake.
positive · AI labelView post →Started watching this murder mystery show called The Killings at Parrish Station, and the core mystery is *so good* but it keeps time swapping to the modern day, where there are some deeply irritating true crime podcasters discussing the case in a live show and spoiling what happens next

positive · AI labelView post →The Killings at Parrish Station. Spooky Australian crime show/police procedural? I've only seen the first ep. I don't typically care for stories with allusions to the supernatural, clairvoyance, etc. Too much bullshit explanations to move the story along. But this one visually hits really well and acting-wise. The creator and at least one actor are on a DnD podcast I enjoy, Dragon Friends.

positive · AI labelView post →Watched The Killings at Parrish Station. It's the Australian go at a True Detective like series that is pretty derivative tbh but will scratch that itch for you. It has some strong performances by Mia Wasikowska and Heather Mitchell who play the younger/older Georgia.

positive · AI labelView post →What began as a true crime-inspired novel for Ben Jenkins ultimately became 'The Killings at Parrish Station' - a cosmic horror series told across dual timelines. if.com.au/how-the-crea...

neutral · AI labelView post →I’m two episodes in and Australian police procedural/cosmic horror THE KILLINGS AT PARRISH STATION is pretty good so far. I have a feeling the series won’t be able to tie up all the loose ends and at times it feels a tad derivative but it’s compelling all the same
neutral · AI labelView post →A completely unnecessary series, something fictional and scary but at a level that is not worth watching.
negative · AI labelView post →The Killings at Parrish Station review – a whacked-out murder mystery packed with twists Jumping between timelines, the pacy and pulpy series gets weirder as it goes on, with plot turns that can’t help but keep you engrossed www.theguardian.com/tv-and-radio...
neutral · AI labelView post →Review! The Killings at Parrish Station. Put some snags on the barbie mate it's a supernatural, murder mystery about Sheila's with a kangaroo loose in the top paddock trying to birth a God. Fun little show, but the acting's hard yakka.
