This is actually one of the moments I rue and abhor when writing a review. You probably know that torn feeling, in my heart I really don’t want to hand out a negative rating (after all, being an artist myself, I understand all the creativity behind the process and the emotional vulnerability, especially in regard of such a small family project). I wish I could give a neutral review to this game. The art is gorgeous and the scenes are beautiful and full of details, but the gameplay itself ends up being a nuisance. Looking for differences in a 3D environment is refreshing, especially when some of them can only be found when you rotate the scene in a certain way. The mainly problem of the game are the differences themselves. When the items change their shape or their position they are relatively easy to find, but when they change their…

Damn, yet another game where a neutral review would've been more suited. The artwork is really nice, and the concept of the game is neat, but I had way too many issues with it. I get this is supposed to be relaxing but everything is SO SLOW. Even going through the menu it's literally 1mph speeds waiting for the animations to do their thing before it actually does what you clicked. I like the clean low-poly art, relaxing soundtrack and reasonable achievements (I hate games with ass-pain achievements). I don't like it's control settings. QE to move left and right (but no way to move up and down?), AD to rotate, WS to zoom. I'd prefer WASD to move, QE to rotate, mouse wheel zoom. I wish there is a way to change key bindings. I was sometimes frustrated not able to move the camera up and down. Take below image as an example, you won't be able to spot the man at the top (in…

Really relaxing. I always liked these "find the differences" pictures as a kid, this is like an upgrade because it's in 3D. The little scenes are kinda cute and sometimes a little funny. Overall not realistic, more silly comic style - and I mean not only the graphics but content too. (And of course objects/dolls get recycled but I don't mind at all, that's to be expected.) Some scenes are easy and obvious, others really hard to spot, so it's a good mixture, feels like "something for everyone".…

It's extremely dull and boring, with differences being so minor and uncreative that they're hardly noticeable most of the time. Additionally, the 'ambience' is distracting and uncomfortable due to how infrequently it plays. And when it does play, you'll think they're hints - which they're not.

Rotating, zooming, and panning feel limiting and slow. It makes searching for the differences too tedious. The maps feel too static. The world just doesn’t seem alive. No rustling leaves, no grass blowing in the wind, birds not flapping their wings, no waves in the ocean, human workers completely frozen. From the screenshots alone, I found this game’s art style visually appealing. The simple lowpoly look can be cute. But the actual gameplay made it feel more like an unpolished prototype.

The differences are always either different color, different size, or shifted position. At least that is the case for the first two worlds (I did not play past that). There aren't any "in one image but not the other" or "a different object" differences. I got bored with it after 100+ levels.

Tiny Lands is a handheld console (Nintendo Switch) ported low poly "Spot the Differences" puzzle game where you're presented with two copies of a small low-poly diorama with a handful of slight differences between them, you need to rotate the diorama and tap on the differences. Before we wade into the numerous reasons why this console game isn't a PC game and isn't worthy of PC gamer time, I'll make a point of saying I don't think…

To be honest I’ve played very few games of this kind, but I don’t imagine there is much more to be offered in a pure spot-the-differences game. Tiny Lands is a relaxing "spot the difference" game. No timer, no finite number of misclicks (unfortunately, also no hint system), only finding the differences. My only word of caution is for my fellow red-green colorblind gamers: it's going to provide an extra level of difficulty when playing this game. You can rotate, zoom and pan however you want until you find those differences. Tiny Lands, developed by Hyper Three Studio and published by Maple Whispering Limited, transforms the simple “spot the difference” formula into something unexpectedly elegant and immersive. Rather than presenting static pictures as most games in the genre do, it places the player inside richly detailed 3D dioramas, each designed like a handcrafted miniature world. The concept is disarmingly simple—you’re given two seemingly identical scenes and must find five subtle differences—but the…

An object can be slightly bigger/smaller/scaled up/down, slightly turned, slightly moved, mirrored or has slightly different color like the bridge pillar is not grey but light grey or an object has a color switch like a fish is not orange-white but white-orange or sometimes there is an object replaced with another one like there is a knight's sword…

A lovely and simple find-the-differences game with many hours of content, especially if you include the DLCs, which practically double the size of the game. It's perfect for picking up a few minutes at a time, just to do a scene or two. As it turns out, the familiar 2D concept works extremely well in isometric 3D. Finding all the differences requires you turn the scene around in order to view it from different angles. You can zoom, too, to focus on specific details. Differences can be in…

this is not a game, it's a blender dump of some low quality assets with minimal coding added, you have 4 differences in total, something is different color, 50% bigger or smaller, rotated by like 30 degrees or shifted a bit to any side, I tried to finish it but it's unreal how boring this thing is, not even worth 2 bucks I spent on it

Relaxing, good music - surprised I've only got 11 hours to 100% it, but I suppose I just move on to other games after completion Not like any computer game I'd played before, but it's just spot the difference so I assume people already understand the concept Easy to move the map to see different bits of the 3D worlds, and zoom in helps It's a decent game, currently only £2.07 which is worth 11 hours of relaxing, chilled gameplay for me

Relaxing game in which you spot the differences in two pictures. Perfect if you just want to play something short and quiet to wind down. Simple but sometimes it can become challenging if you just can't find the last difference as there is no hint system.

It's a good game. Not great but very good. Also it is not a hidden object game. But a variation of the genre. You know how in hidden object games each HO room has an object that morphs every 30 second or so? And if you don't remember it was an owl before it was a diamond ring, then you have to catch it morphing (which is usually the case). Well this game is set up where the object is already changed and you spot the difference. where this game differs from the standard genre fare is the…
