Needs to be early access and significantly cheaper. You can tell it is unfinished and whilst I don't think it's a lost cause or anything it probably needs 6 more months of updates to become worth the price. if its on sale for 70+% then i would recommend it. When you are making a sequel the first game shouldn't be 4x better.

However, as it currently stands, it is hard not to say that UCH is just the better game, with both more variety and fewer bugs.
