Winnie the Pooh: A Very Merry Pooh Year
Directed by Ed Wexler, Gary Katona, Jamie Mitchell
It's Christmastime in the Hundred Acre Wood and all of the gang is getting ready with presents and decorations. The gang makes a list of what they want for Christmas and send it to Santa Claus - except that Pooh forgot to ask for something. So he heads out to retrieve the letter and get it to Santa by Christmas...which happens to be tomorrow! From TMDB

neutral · AI labelView post →Fifteen years ago today, Winnie the Pooh was released. The latest hand-drawn film released by Walt Disney Animation Studios, this is such a lovable take on the silly old bear which has some great animation and songs as well as a lot of hilarious humor. I really love this one.

neutral · AI labelView post →i just remembered this really weird creepypasta i listened to once where the protagonist is attacked by the winking Winnie The Pooh doll at the end of the original Winnie The Pooh movie, but their pet dalmatian dog attacks the doll and saves their life.

neutral · AI labelView post →Winnie the Pooh 2011 does a good job recapturing the feeling of the original compilation movie, though not a perfect job. Unfortunately, though, Winnie the Pooh as a franchise still isn't for me, so I still don't have much else to say about the movie this time. ultilix.neocities.org/disney/main
neutral · AI labelView post →Right? Winnie the Pooh for instance. Family Guy has a talking dog, that's clearly furry! Tailspin? Chip n Dale? 90% of Disney really. Kingdom Hearts is definitely furry.

It’s in the same delightful children’s film company in f Winnie the Pooh, or Paddington. Kids will love the warm vibes and adults will be chaaaaarmed by it. The sequel is even better.
neutral · AI labelView post →Winnie the Pooh Blue Velvet (or any David Lynch film really) Network (idk its a criterion collection pick that he could've ran into lmao) and then Airplane (because of PQ)
neutral · AI labelView post →Can anyone tell us why the Winnie the Pooh movie from 2011 has the Horned King from the failed flop, The Black Cauldron, hidden in the trees? OK, yes, we know it’s actually a reference to the “Backson”, but we can’t help imagining the strangest crossover film in Disney history!
neutral · AI labelView post →When people talk as though they're forced to watch movies they don't want to. On a post about the new Narnia movie being delayed, someone said "now Christmas won't be ruined". Why? Was the movie going to automatically play on your TV screen on Christmas against your will, unprompted? To be fair, maybe they had family who were going to watch it and that might make it hard to avoid, but people have this attitude all the time. They complain about remakes "ruining" the original. Well, if you know…
neutral · AI labelView post →Name a live action film that deserves an animated remake Hear me out. Die Hard. Jim Cummings as Winnie the Pooh as John McClane (Bruce Willis). Patrick Warburton as Kronk as Hans Gruber (Alan Rickman). Don Bluth animation style. Same violence. Same swearing. Pull no punches. Masterpiece.
neutral · AI labelView post →I'm thinking I'll limit my play sessions for Fire Emblem, not just for my hands, but also to avoid overstimulating my brain or getting sick of the game. So, I won't be playing all day like I previously said. Instead, I'll watch a movie before resuming. I'm feeling Winnie the Pooh 2011.

positive · AI labelView post →"Name a movie you watched a ton as a child" The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh This is definitely #1 in my list of comfort movies, and probably the one I watched the most times. Love that silly old bear.
neutral · AI labelView post →Ok…I’m not the first that talked about this, but what’s really impressive about Walt Disney Animation Studios’ last two hand drawn films, The Princess and the Frog and Winnie the Pooh, is that they both have one musical number that’s different from the others, including the whole film themselves.
neutral · AI labelView post →I think the only thing they remade was the ending from the 1977 Winnie the Pooh film if I recall correctly. Everything else after doesn't totally qualify because the rest of the plot is totally original. And, for the other record. Christopher Robin was great, if not, superb!
neutral · AI labelView post →Add "between my legs" to a movie title Winnie The Pooh: Blood And Honey Between My Legs
neutral · AI labelView post →Still one of my favorite books (both of them) to this day. I’m also very fond of the movies and tv episodes. Even the Christopher Robin film was a great watch. Winnie the Pooh will forever be one of my favorites, even if I don’t talk about it much. 🙂↕️

Also go watch the 2011 Winnie the Pooh movie if you haven’t (or rewatch it). This might actually be my favorite Disney cartoon of the 21st century.
positive · AI labelView post →I just wanna say that the Winnie The Pooh films often have some of the most beautiful animation from Disney, rather be the mainline Pooh films from WDAS, the direct to DVD movies, ESPECIALLY The Tigger Movie and Piglet's Big Movie, and sometimes the first series, I love this silly bear 💛
positive · AI labelView post →This is literally the moment I thought of when I heard today was the day XD Don't care what some folks say about it being too sad and dark for a Winnie the Pooh movie, The Search for Christopher Robin is a classic ❤️
positive · AI labelView post →Do I remind you of any characters in film, tv, literature, or video games? So far, I have heard Eeyore (Winnie the Pooh), Daria (Daria), and both Blossom & Bubbles (Powerpuff Girls).

neutral · AI labelView post →The very last hand-drawn animated film that we got (at least from Disney) was Winnie-the-Pooh. Back in 2011. Which means we haven't had a single hand-drawn animated movie from them in about 15 years. I think it's safe to say that it's become a dying art. Like stop-motion.

neutral · AI labelView post →Jeremy Irons killed his voice doing a take of "Be Prepared" for the Lion King, so the one in the actual film is Jim Cummings singing as him, in part if not in full. Not only is Winnie the Pooh the GOAT once again but you're officially allowed to love Be Prepared despite Irons being a piece of shit ❤️

Released 15 years ago today, its a faithful successor to the older Disney generation’s take on this charming franchise matching the wit, character, and music, but maybe it wasn’t the best choice to revive 2D animation. #HappyAnniversary

They both write so beautifully about the landscape at times. It's difficult to hear he hated it all.)
neutral · AI labelView post →I lost track of the post, but thanks to one of you fine folks here, I now know that the movie Crossed exists. If it's anything like the comic, it'll make Terrifier 3 look like Winnie the Pooh. I'll be giving it a miss.

neutral · AI labelView post →Winnie the Pooh (2011)- It's if the original shorts were stretched out to fill out about an hour worth of film, yet made it work. Animation is simply beautiful with the backgrounds, the honey looking like honey, and the songs are simple a bop! Sad this became the last 2D animated film for Disney.
