Players say 112 Operator is a solid upgrade from 911 Operator with deeper mechanics and more content. [1][2][3] Some find the game stressful and overwhelming due to incident frequency and difficulty. [3][4][5] A few reviewers report bugs like broken main menu buttons and unbalanced endgame scaling. [6][7][8]

I really wanted to like this game because I liked the first one. However there are just so many times where the game throws more incidents than you have units for. This is especially true for the challenges (even playing on normal mode). This is realistic and would be something I would like if it wasn't for how heavily the game punishes you for ignoring or missing incidents. Its stupid that the game punishes you for …

112 Operator is the sequel to 911 operator which improves upon the prior game by improving the depth of mechanics and bringing much needed additional content. The main campaign was well paced, slowly introducing game concepts over the course of the story-line. The addition of standalone scenarios for this title are welcome secondary challenges to solve. Some requiring multiple attempts to figure out how to deal with …

112 Operator is the big cousin of 911 Operator, and as much as I liked the first game, this is a genuine improvement on all fronts. The main takeaway from this review is that 112 Operator is intentionally a very stressful and demanding game. Multiple times I caught myself thinking, “this is so bad,” as I tried to will the city not to crumble into disarray. That said, this is exactly the experience I was looking for, …

It is fun....however It is great at first but by the time you are finished, the boredom has kicked in, badly, It has very little going on, and The scenarios, / dlcs, are just not worth playing. Sounds like it should be a thumbs down right? Well no, if it is cheap enough it is worth playing and quite enjoyable for awhile. So yeah, get it, enjoy playing pretend but beware, it is one of those games where the charm …

A pretty solid upgrade from 911 Operator with larger maps, more systems to manage, and way more stressful emergencies. Juggling medical calls, police incidents, and traffic disasters at the same time can get genuinely intense. The voice acting and random events help keep things immersive too. Definitely makes you appreciate emergency dispatchers more.

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Game is unplayable because buttons in the main menu doesn't work, so you can't do anything! It's shame that even after two months of reporting this issue devs wasn't able to fix this issue. If you can't use buttons in menu, you need to change your language of the operating system to English (United States). I changed it in Windows 10 and now I can control buttons in menu. But it's just a nonsense that I have to change language of the operating system to play this game!
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →dead game, main menu doesn't work without changing your windows localisation settings, you cannot search cities / towns in the free mode would be such an easy fix, but the devs are apparently lazy
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I got 911 operator for free. It was so simple, fun and addictive that i decided to buy this sequel, 112 Operator, where you can play at any city using the google maps layout, its great. I cant imagine how insane and hard must be work in this kind of jobs, dealing with extreme urgency calls under pressure and dealing with the psychological terror.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This game was good in the past, but it is pointless playing it now. Upgrading equipment doesn't make sense anymore because every item is bugged and maxed out at 100%. Police officers are basically invincible! It's been this way for a long while now, and there doesn't seem to be any update coming to fix the bug. I own a few games from this developer, but I will be avoiding any future titles if this is how they treat their customers.

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Unfair Mathematical Death Spiral - Beautiful Concept, Broken Endgame Scale I loved this game. I put over 70 hours into 112 Operator in just 4 days. The concept is brilliant, and managing small-to-medium cities feels incredibly rewarding. However, once you advance your career stage (Senior Specialist / Director) and unlock massive real-world city maps like Dnipro or Kyiv, the core game design completely breaks. The game calculates incident spawn rates strictly based on the geographic area of…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This is a hard review to make. It's a great game in the early stages, but suffers greatly as time progresses. Especially once you're forced to hire other operators. The same events tend to repeat with them and it just makes the game more tedious with train crashes happening multiple times a day every day. Gameplay becomes a slog and just not as fun as it is early on. Overall, the early game is a thumbs up, the late game is a thumbs down.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →The efficiency values of the equipment you can assign to your various crew are bugged, making your rookies as skilled as veterans and making various crew functionally immortal to various things. Kills the challenge to use the equipment, kills the enjoyment not to tailor specific gear loadouts for specific duties. It was a great game in the past, but without an update, nah
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Love the game, however I wish the dev would show some more love to the game with more updates and DLCs
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →As of May 2026, the game can't search for cities. New content hasn't been added for four years. It's a shame, but the current content is quite limited. I expected longer-term content support.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Game is good, but you get a negative for unskippable ads on launch and exit, especially the zombie picture! Rethink your educational aspect.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I give this an 8.5 out of 10. Runs great on windows 11. Also I enjoy the game play as an emergency operator sending units to emergencies. It is a good game that runs good I will be playing more of it in the future.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →112 Operator is a great game for anyone that likes fairly straight-forward time-juggling simulation. The real flavor of the game (for me, at least) comes from the gradual increase in the capability of your team due to acquisitions of new equipment and the like. I also appreciate the nicety of being able to use a local map. Really, my only problem with the game is the increase in frequency/severity of the calls. I know the inclusion of that is what makes it a "game," but it's not realistic.…

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →112 Operator starts with an interesting concept: managing emergency services, dispatching police, firefighters, and ambulances while responding to incidents across a city. At first, it feels engaging and challenging, especially when learning how to prioritize emergencies and allocate limited resources. However, the biggest problem with the game is that it becomes very repetitive after a few hours. Most calls start to feel the same, and the gameplay loop rarely evolves in meaningful ways.…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →The upgraded version of 911 operator. I liked the districts selection while you progress in the game. Again if you like this type of games like me you will appreciate it and spent some hours to it
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →The Game Launches in to the Mainmenu wher you can select nothing. I can not play it. The Jutsu did not respond to my email at all. =(
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →As this uses the same toolset, tags, etc as OSM, the real osm world map could be used the same way. Actually there are existing games which use osm as a map. In 112 Operator you play as an operator and you have to send rescue forces to real locations on osm. At the beginning of the game you can select any real city in the world: https://store.steampowered.com/app/793460/112_Operator/

neutral · AI labelView post →112 Operator is too shallow and uninteresting. It's a point and click time management type game that's totally boring.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →It's a well built game plagued by design, you either are completely in control, just doing a shift or being overwhelmed by the same silly task of sending icon A to icon B, never truly engaging or rewarding. I just enjoy pointless overwatch tasks sometimes.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →as of right now I will not be supporting this game anymore and subsequently any other game from this developer, when it comes to this game specifically recently they released an update that was a shadow update to change believe something within the maps. since they released that update they are broken from what I've seen official things in the game including some mods and at least one mod that is not in the steam workshop that was also not free, the mod creators cannot fix this not free mod…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →👍 Recommended 112 Operator is a surprisingly addictive management game that kept me hooked for hours. Responding to emergency calls, dispatching the right units, and making quick decisions under pressure creates a fun and engaging gameplay loop. Every shift feels busy, and it's satisfying when you successfully manage multiple incidents at once. It's an interesting take on the management genre that does a great job of making you feel like you're running a real emergency dispatch center. Pros:…

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Not a bad game - but please research before you purchase it. As other "operator" games reminds me to a mobile game with basic playability and replay value. Not bad - just have CLEAR expectations.

positive · AI labelView post →Really, really amazing game. The mechanics scratch my brain in just the right way, so I can play levels for hours without getting bored. Anyone interested in EMS or emergency dispatch should give this a try. The expansion pack is fun, but even just with the base game it's a good time.

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →The career point mechanic is terrible and forces you to constantly expand your map into districts that are huge and this overwhelms your staff very quickly and you cannot keep up.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Although the game focus less on the 112 calls, it is actually a very good strategy game. On the campaign, you start at a small area of the city you picked with a very limited units to first understand the gameplay and its mechanics. After that you get more areas and more options for buying vehicles and deciding what loadout your own recruited units will get. This way of progressing during you campaign, totally motivates you to not only keep playing but also being interested to manage your units…

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →112 operator was the first game in this game genre that I have played, but it felt pretty repetitive. After just a few situations, you really understand how everything works and it is a simple management game, but it isn't too fun.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Great concept, fun gameplay. Frustrating bugs that stops you from engaging with either reliably.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →That game is so good. I didn't expect that. I have no idea why it is not have millions reviews. That game is so emotional. I probably never feel so deep emotions because of some NPCs. Gameplay is really good too. I tried to start a free mode and yeah sometimes it's showing error message, but sometimes it works. So it looks like you can play after the campaign. Anyway I it even if It has only the campaign mode. It's one of the best games that I played.
