Blade runner (1982) “All those moments will be lost to time, like tears in rain” What an incredible movie man dear lord. The atmosphere, soundtrack, characters (roy batty and rick deckard especially) moved me. I want to rewatch it already. What a masterclass of cinema
The opening of Blade Runner (1982) is unreal. That hellish cityscape, fire bursting into the night sky, and the Vangelis synth humming underneath it. In seconds, you’re dropped into a future that feels massive and decaying at the same time.

Harrison Ford and Ridley Scott clashed heavily on Blade Runner (1982) over whether Deckard was human or a replicant. Ford disliked the experience and voice-over, rarely promoted the film positively for years afterward.
