Many players consider Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel an underrated entry with unique low-gravity gameplay and a strong focus on Handsome Jack's backstory. [1][2][3] Some reviewers praise the character-specific dialogue and variety of vault hunters, which they feel is lacking in later games. [4][5]

Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel: A Good Game Stuck in Borderlands 2's Shadow TL;DR Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel is a good Borderlands game, but coming directly after Borderlands 2 makes its shortcomings difficult to ignore. Low gravity, Cryo weapons, lasers, Oz kits, and some excellent Vault Hunters give the formula enough new ideas to feel worthwhile. The story also provides an interesting look at Handsome Jack before …

This is my favorite borderlands game. The unique dialogue given to the hunter you choose is sorely lacking from the other games. For example, while playing as Athena, Janey was endlessly flirtling with her , but with nisha she is professional, and claptrap i convinced she wants him turned into scrap metal (fair). Plenty of other npc's react similar. Borderlands 3 has the same generic dialogue no matter what hunter …

positive · AI labelView post →I like Borderlands more than any of my friends and I am here to tell you that paying $80 for a Borderlands game is mark-ass bitch behavior to an obscene degree. Fuck. Randy Pitchford is such an embarrassment.

neutral · AI labelView post →Borderlands 2 is the only time I've ever fallen asleep while playing a local multiplayer game. So I for one can't wait to experience the borderlands universe non-interactively without talking in a darkened temperature-controlled room

negative · AI labelView post →Is there any video game that you unfairly have negative feelings about from external factors outside the game? I loved Borderlands but was going through the breakup of a long-term relationship when Borderlands 2 came out.....so I correlated the game with that event for years.

RedoxOS. 9front, Plan9. Heck, MINIX3. Some of it is that I've always wanted to try living on a micro-kernel, as I strongly agree with the design principles; but more recently a lot of it is because of what's going on in both user space and the Linux kernel.
