Players find Farming Simulator 19 deceptively deep and addictive, often losing track of time. [1][2][3] Many appreciate the game as a relaxing and satisfying simulation of farming life. [4][5][6] Some reviewers note that the game can be confusing or tedious for newcomers. [7][8]

This game offers a surprisingly deep and detailed look into the world of farming. The amount of effort put into recreating real farming equipment, crops, techniques, and production chains is impressive. As someone who knew very little about agriculture beforehand, I found myself learning quite a bit simply by playing. The attention to detail is both the game's greatest strength and its biggest weakness. While it …

I want to be upfront: I came into Farming Simulator 19 as a skeptic. "It's just driving a tractor," I said. My wife said something too, but I couldn't hear her over the sound of my Claas Lexion 8900 harvesting 47 acres of canola at peak efficiency. She took the kids. FS19 is deceptively deep. What starts as plowing a single field quietly becomes a sprawling agricultural empire spanning multiple maps, three crop …

Farming Simulator 19 is one of those games that slowly becomes a huge part of your gaming life without you really noticing it. You start out with a small farm and basic equipment, just trying things out, and before long you’re managing huge fields, expensive machines and a full farming operation. With over 1712.9 hours played, it clearly shows how deep and addictive the game is. What makes it so enjoyable is the …

Farming Simulator 19 is the only game where driving in a straight line for forty minutes counts as progress. You start with one tractor and a field. Soon you’re comparing horsepower, calculating loan repayments, yelling at hired workers stuck on trees, and checking crop prices like your family depends on it. The physics occasionally turn a pallet into a space program, but the routine is dangerously relaxing. I …

Farming Simulator 19: The Ultimate Zen of Modern Agriculture If you’ve ever looked at a perfectly plowed field and felt a sense of peace, Farming Simulator 19 (FS19) is your digital sanctuary. It isn't just a game about driving tractors; it is a breathtakingly detailed simulation of the logistics, grit, and rewarding cycles of rural life. It remains a high-water mark for the series, offering a polished and expansive …

Critics, per Wikipedia
Reception of the Farming Simulator series has been mixed across all titles, with critics praising its sense of relaxation and array of realistic machinery and vehicles. Some have criticised the games for their repetition and lack of interesting mechanics, while others argue such qualities should be expected in a simulator. Though the series targets the audience that are knowledgeable in the farming industry, the series is generally liked by both farmers and non-farmers alike.

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Game recommendations?. I'm going on a trip soon and trying to get myself some things to do. What Android games should I play? Obviously not some cash grab games but something proper. My most played games are Kerbal Space Program, Minecraft, Stormworks, Red dead Redemption 2, Forza Horizon 5, Farming Simulator 19 and 22 and BeamNG. I'm thinking of Pokemon Fire Red on some emulator. Other suggestions?

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →i work as a farmer, i come home from a long day of work, play this game for 5hr, get mad cuz helper b gets stuck for a 3th time, close the game, feel a lot better, 10/10 game, makes my life better
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This was sitting in my game library for a long time before I gave it a real go. I bit the bullet over the weekend and clocked over 25hrs in two days. Would I say I'm hooked? As Tom Green said in Freddy Got Fingered, "Daddy, I'm a Farmer!" Although there has been newer versions released (which I havent played yet), I feel as though this version serves as a good introduction to the franchise. Once you've established the fundamentals and mechanics of it all, Its very relaxing to visual yourself…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Very sigma game. Must buy I had some people farm crops for me on the field and i just had to sit down and relax.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Its FS19, its the last Farming Sim game before it got REALLY Daggerwin, if you get what i mean......but each to their own. Its good if you like tractors, tractors are cool.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →it is perfect for real farming exsperince for every kid and adult you could never be too old to practice fun
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →its a realy fun game but there are some glitches with the land scaping but i would reccomend it
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →not for me. i want to like it but dont. its so confusing what to use. there’s no guide and the tutorial sucks. yeah i can watch long long videos to figure it out, but the game isn’t fun enough to put in the effort. wish i could do a mixed review cause parts of it is fun
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →great game, with good mods if your pc struggles to run the newer games.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →You ever yearn for the crop? Do you lust for corn? Do you ever wonder how soy has bean? Step into the world beyond the world, where the only limitation is how concerned your friends will be that you are working outside of work.

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →this is a fun game that i have played for 600 hours on and its just farming on the computer so i would check it out
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This game is really great as far as graphics and other settings go, but the main purpose that someone would want this is because its not as expensive as new FS games are. ($49.99 U.S. DOLLARS) Sometimes, the processor of your PC isn't "New and Improved" enough for the newer games to let you play them (the other games crash) ---if nothing else, this game: you can actually play.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →this game is the goat i have no complants
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →nah realy idk how i got so many hours in this game, i hate it. Opitmalisation doesn't exist. There aren't many mechanics, making this game extreamly simple. The graphics suck, i like FS17's one better even tho it had less details. FS22 on the other hand is realy good. I don't see why would you buy this game now, 8 years after realease. Either buy 17 or 22
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Highly recommended for farmers and non farmers alike. It is great to unwind after a hard days work and run things exactly like you would want to. One small change I would like is rather than buildings instantly appearing give each building a build time ranging from 1 - 14 days and show progress each day.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →peak ass 7 year old game
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →One of the best game from giants software community i played mobile games like fs 16 ,Fs 18 ,Fs20 ,Fs23 but when i played farming simulator 19 in 2026 I really enjoy
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Such a chill game, who doesn't like working a farm
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →really good if you want a slow pace farming game you can start from scratch or get stuff from the start
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →shes a deadly game man cant go wrong, lots of good mods and the graphics are still not bad.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Farming Simulator 19 still holds up as one of those games that looks boring until you actually start playing and suddenly care deeply about crop prices, tractors, and whether your field lines are straight. It is simple, satisfying, and easy to lose yourself in. FS22 improves many things, but FS19 still has that classic farming comfort. Verdict: Recommended, especially if you like slower simulation games.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →fun, and can play with friends or even by your self
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →FS19 is a great medium level farming game compared to the latest available. Tons to do with plenty of automations possible. Be careful not to tax the Giants 8 programming by running too many simultaneous AI workers (3 harvesters max with 3 auger wagons). The more AutoDrive command clicks the quicker the game will freeze. Just be aware. Take your time and you'll enjoy the game. Tons of mods (some less polished than others).
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →very fun game i would say this game isnt that different in graphics to FS 25
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →this game was made in 2019 by giant software it is a very fun farming game with a bultin mod hub or you can go to modnetwork at find even more mods but theres some copy and pasting with modnetwork altho this game is very fun
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →the game is fun and the fact that people make custom farming equipment it makes it even more fun custom vehicles and modern and classic ag equipment
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →its great with mods, injoy
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Vehicles are nicely modeled and plentiful; new gameplay elements are a welcome addition. However, the lighting makes every space feel empty and cold. Plus, there's a bug with the modhub screen where it takes a very long time to load/re-load (one time, it took 5 minutes to exit a mod page).
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →If you're over stimulated irl, need to chill out and like real farming, spending hours in one field, driving 5 mph going back and forth trying not to miss a spot when plowing/tilling/planting/fertilizing/harvesting, this game is great! If you're in a hurry for a dopamine fix, i'd pick another game first.

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Ah, and I see you already have Farming Simulator 19 and Car Mechanic 18 I preferred FS22 over 19, I'm hearing mixed reviews of the newest tho CM18 is a nice zen game to just sit and disassemble/reassemble virtual engines for hours at a time to relax

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →240 hours of driving a tractor in straight lines and I regret nothing. There's something deeply calming about plowing a field while a podcast plays. Then you buy a combine you can't afford and suddenly it's a finance simulator. The machinery is the real star here. A farmer's tan for your soul.
