Giants should learn how to make every Farming Sim game from this version. Optimization is so brutal that i can run the game smoothly at 4k native resolution with all settings maxed out, gigatons of script mods, Relight mod and geometry heavy maps. On top of everything, this is probably the best Farming Sim game mods wise. If you are looking for the best Farming Sim game, FS22 is the one.

I tend to lose my interest because of the lack of immersion the poor vehicle handling and minimal physics the game offers. Graphics are great, new mechanics are welcome, and lots of gear to choose from. But my Gosh, a lot of things haven't changed at all since FS13 Pallets, AI traffic, trailers being what they are. I wish Giants would develop a new game engine, not keep patching this one. I guess the only good thing with this is that the system reqs are pretty low.

It's very calming in a way and satisfying once you have a decent production line going. I don't love how much the story can get in the way with more whimsical farming sims so this (no story whatsoever) was a very welcome change. Oh and there's a ton of high quality mods on Steam workshop.
