It is a solid twin stick shooter (from the videos and playing a few minutes), so if you like that and the art style, etc, it might be a great game for you, IF you are satisfied by single player. HOWEVER, I NEED TO PLAY THIS GAME WITH MY GIRL CO-OP! OTHERWISE IT IS JUST A TEASE :( The game is made with a game engine that supports multiplayer via multiple different development approaches. Steam also provides backend …

It immediately reminded me of Zombies Ate My Neighbours in its general gameplay and aesthetics, but with more of the gunplay/movement of a modern roguelike such as Nuclear Throne... but with none of the tedious roguelike bs. Add in a splash of graffiti a la Jet Set Radio, plus one of the characters even using a skateboard, and you've got a modern, arcadey classic dripping with style. There is good enemy variety, …

It's fun, it does what it says on the tin. Starts to get a little repetitive pretty quickly, especially once you've found your weapon. Solid buy at $5-8, so watch for sales. Wish there was a way to see the properties of weapons; most of them don't feel unique or interesting enough to go beyond frustrating clutter. Doesn't handle alt-tabbing well. Has some translation errors (empty boxes replacing characters, etc.), …

Recommended 👍 Zombies ✔ Graffiti ✔ Brazilian vibes ✔✔✔ Fast, chaotic top-down shooter with great pixel art and tons of personality. The graffiti mechanic is fun, the weapons are wild, and the whole game oozes style you don’t see every day. Gets a bit repetitive and REALLY wants proper co-op… but blasting zombies while tagging walls? Worth it. Buy if you like indie games with attitude.

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →[後半に日本語レビューあり] Carve a path with graffiti! Top-down zombie shooter A top-down twin-stick pixel shooter where you shoot back zombies. Move through a ruined city, draw graffiti on walls, complete a set number of "tags" to unlock the next area. But graffiti is also a ritual, and each time you finish drawing, a zombie wave spawns. Weapons include off-the-wall picks like ketchup guns, gumball shots, and a shark-head shotgun. You can swap between up to three weapons, and the basic play will likely…

Ghetto Zombies: Graffiti Squad, a pixel art top-down shooter developed by São Paulo-based indie studio Fogo Games and published by Nuntius Games and Vsoo Games, was officially released on Steam on January 16th. The game has been recognized for its originality by experts and users alike for incorporating unique Brazilian cultural elements such as graffiti culture and favela identity into the popular…
neutral · AI labelView post →Feels like a very Linear pathed game but it makes up for it by having a monsterously large gun collection, it gives you the feeling of playing a Area to Area 'Enter the Gungeon' it is one of them games that the story does not have to make sense, but the gameplay is simple and addictive with an Arcade feel. The biggest downfall is this game feels like it was built for multiplayer, i can imagine the fun of having two players on screen blasting zombie monsters, but it just doesn't exist, i feel…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →3.4/10 feels like the game was made for local co-op - no local co-op - no minigame for spraying graffiti just afk and hold. i cant do anything better to make it go faster - cant rebind keys - game tells you A key for everything far to many type of ammo, ive got 3 guns and no ammo i can use 52 ammo left on special gun but cant reload??? getting more of that ammo type let me reload and use all of it some people start with 1 gun/no ammo, well others get 2 and have 999 ammo

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →The game is so fun that I bought 3 more to my friends. Love every aspect of the game. The art is 10/10, music is awesome and gameplay is soo much fun! Just buy it already!
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Awesome shooter zombie game with tons of weapons, 4 different characters to play and addictive gameplay, just do some graffiti then kill bunch of zombies then find new weapons and repeat! My favorite character is the green one that uses a skate, pretty neat character design and mechanic. My favorite weapon is the sniper! Love the artwork! All the scenarios, enemies, characters and animations are so well made. And there are many references to brazilian culture, pretty cool!

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →no button mapping, and the sound is messed up
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Game is super fun, played until 71%. Only thing is a bug that happens if you die on a boss fight, and I hope they add some type of co-op. Overall very fun and cool game.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This game is fast-paced and chaotic in the best way. The game loop is simple but vicious: just kill zombies and try to survive with style. 100% recommended!
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Ghetto Zombies: Graffiti Squad takes the familiar idea of blasting through hordes of undead and gives it a colorful street-art identity. Developed by Fogo Games and published by Nuntius Games and Vsoo Games, it is a top-down action shooter that favors arcade-style chaos over grim survival horror. Instead of presenting a bleak apocalypse, the game fills its world with bright pixel art, graffiti, mutant heroes, ridiculous weapons, and intentionally bizarre zombies. The result is a game that…

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Really fun top-down pixel art twin-stick shooter. The soundtrack is perfect, and the gameplay loop is great! If you want a little old-school "Zombies Ate My Neighbors" action, definitely grab this one.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Highly Recommended – Pure Fun Done Right Ghetto Zombies Graffiti Squad completely caught me off guard in the best way possible. This game is just fun. The pacing is excellent, the action stays engaging, and there’s a great variety of weapons to unlock and use, all of which feel satisfying. Nothing overstays its welcome and the game always feels like it’s pushing you forward. The pixel art style is fantastic and full of personality, and the music fits the chaos perfectly. What really stands…

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Sticking with the zombie theme, 'Ghetto Zombies - Graffiti Squad' by @fogogames.bsky.social is another goodie. A pixel shooter where you play as the last hope in the zombie apocalypse: the ghetto. A comedy game that doesn't take itself seriously: ✔️ store.steampowered.com/app/3419980/...
positive · AI labelView post →https://youtu.be/jy838vNgUVI All the style in the world cannot make up for a lack of smooth responsive controls made worse by lower power starter weapons and poor accuracy.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Fantastic game with a huge variety of interesting weapons and a lovely learning curve.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →(edit: October 6 26 ) While it still has it's issues, mainly enemy hurt boxes, the developers put in work to fix the most of them and I can actually enjoy the art in motion. Gameplay is still a little week but it's enjoyable. (April 20 26) i wanted to like it but beyond the well done pixel is just bland gameplay, bland music and bad hit boxes. The first thing i noticed was that game was lacking juice, sure theres some screen shake but beyond that nothing else felt satisfying. Enemies felt…

neutral · AI labelView post →A game i covered really confused me, Its called "Ghetto Zombies" You look at it, and think "This is a solid game, Multiplayer would be great for it... why doesn't it have it?" Then you look and find out half the screen shots for the game have 2 Players Playing. Last Minute Choice to Exclude it?
neutral · AI labelView post →Solid gunplay, diverse enemies and well designed maps. Personally I am a huge fan of the color palette as well!!
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Streaming #GhettoZombies: Graffiti Squad! I'm always down for something stylish and retro-inspired, but I don't see very many games inspired by Zombies Ate My Neighbors. Major thanks to Lurkit for the review key :D
positive · AI labelView post →Ghetto Zombies: Graffiti Squad is an okay game. I quit very fast because i was tired of dying. However i dont think it was the games fault as i can be pretty bad at games. I give it a 5/10 for neutrality sake
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I had lots of fun playing it! gameplay is GREAT! I just played with two characters so far, but loved both of them!!! the art and the soundtrack are amaziiiiing! very brazilian <3 Congrats to the team!!! highly recommended!
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →After playing through the first chapter this game rocks, i think the music could use a little more variety like for boss fights and such but in terms of the art style and overall vibe of the game it is super fluid and fun, cannot wait to play through the rest of it!!!
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Extremely fun! Great arcade light hearted action. Some of the weapons need some balancing, but I had a blast so far.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This game reminds me a lot the SNES game "zombies ate my neighbors" but feels like a more modern version. There characters are amazing, the guns are varied and fun to experiment and the themes are on point "Policia mata mais que zombie"
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I loved playing as the skater, he's really fast and does a cool trick. It's a very fast-paced game with lots of weapons, I recommend it.
