THIS IS A LITTLE INFERNO JUST FOR ME!!! I've beaten this game more than 10 times in my life. And I finally bought it on Steam and even streamed it live. It’s a pure masterpiece. The perfect balance between gameplay, story and those funny hand-drawn graphics. Playing it always gives me this warm, fuzzy feeling. It feels like sitting by the fireplace, keeping warm while there's an eternal winter outside. Also, the …

I found this game to be simple, short, and genuinely fun. I loved discovering the different item combos you can buy and how they change each run. While I did find the characters constantly mailing me a bit annoying, the game is still absolutely worth playing. The story feels like a quiet reflection on how we waste time staring into our “fires” — screens — and how that time is something we can never get back. It’s …

Little Inferno is a game that in some sense hides very little from you. You have a fireplace and a bunch of things to burn, godspeed Guy Montag. It’s catharsis in its purest form: context falls away, value and narrative become irrelevant since everything turns into the same ash. Simple and satisfying. But then again, is it? Little Inferno may present you with a seemingly shallow face and if you want that’s all there …

I would actually call this game a life-changer, even though some of its gameplay elements seem underwhelming and unexciting. It's an easy play, and has a very thematic message to convey which puts problems we face today into an easier perspective to understand. I haven't played in years and things I've learned from it still occur to me today. If you care about the environment, human social involvement, or …

Critics, per Wikipedia
The Wii U and iOS versions received "favorable" reviews, while the PC and Switch versions received "average" reviews, according to the review aggregation website Metacritic. Critics lauded the game's ability to stick with players long after playing. Kotaku's Stephen Totilo admired its simplicity, describing the game as both "quaint and bold" with an enduring, impactful presence. Similarly, Tyler Ohlew from Nintendo World Report praised the Wii U version for its originality and open-ended nature, noting that it encouraged players to use their imagination and creativity. He emphasized that its lack of a traditional structure did not detract from its enjoyment. GameZone gave the Wii U version…

When it's really cold, and especially at night, I sometimes get an urge to play **Little Inferno** - it's sort of like one of those old fireplace videos, except with added surrealism and silliness.

Just cozy vibes. * Freshly Frosted - Want to feel personally encouraged by a soothing narrator while making donut machines? * Tiny Glade - make cute castles. That's it! * KeyWe - kiwi mail delivery. Literally. * The Were Cleaner - werewolf janitor. * Little Inferno - silly game where you burn things to get more things to burn. Also, Sugar…

The combo puzzles were fun to figure out, had a few laughs at the variety/ creativity of the items. Brilliant message about anti consumerism, about what’s really important in life. Felt that. ✏️ 7/10
positive · AI labelView post →"What should you do when you've already got everything you've ever dreamed?" Big recommend for all my pyromaniacs out there. Arson simulator with a heart-warming story baked in. Burn your toys, burn your letters, build wacky combos and flaunt your creativity. $14.99 is steep, but there are worse ways to spend your time and money in 2026. I highly advise picking up Little Inferno on one of its frequent big sales for <$5. Well worth the few hours of your life and change in your sofa you'll spend…

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Little Inferno is a creative and entertaining game that's certainly worth checking out. The gameplay stays fun throughout, and I only wish I'd discovered it sooner. It runs flawlessly on the Steam Deck, making it a great game to play anywhere. If you're an achievement hunter, be aware that some of the achievements are locked behind the DLC.

positive · AI labelView post →I've been playing a bunch of Hydroneer lately and can't get the idea out of my head that there should be a game called Pyroneer where you build amazing structures only to set them on fire. Like Little Inferno but more first person craft-survive and maybe a Wickerman cult storyline.

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Fun little point n' click. Burn things, be creative, figure out combos. Should be a quick and easy 100% completion, except for one single missable achievement (and the required DLC content).
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →From OC art and writing a 600-word story of my Outer Wilds one, to then drawing ship art and a very niche, childhood video game (Little Inferno, my beloved)... It indeed has been a very busy past two days. :3 And don't worry, Garmond and Zaza are on their way soon this coming stream! <3

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀Very comfy game, I remember playing this back in 2012 when I was younger. Picked it up on steam a couple years back and completed it, only now have I managed to get through the "Ho Ho Holiday" DLC. The game brings back some really fond memories for me. Great to play during the winter times, especially if you uncap your framerate, Your GPU acts as a cosy toasty fireplace substitute !

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →It scratches a simple itch. And I love it and will happily play for hours.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Little Inferno Deceptively casual, this is a simple game about ordering gimmick toys and setting them on fire to make funny things happen, then it turns out to be a wildly poignant satire about consumerism, human connection, and free hugs from busty aunties. store.steampowered.com/app/221260/L...
positive · AI labelView post →A charming and cozy yet grim and dark form of entertainment. I think the combos system adds so much to the game so it doesn't boil down to reaching the most expensive item in the catalog and repeatedly burning it to make money and is a yin-yang of puzzle solving in my mindless burning of various items. For about 1/4 of the price of a modern $60 game, it holds much more replay value. I really suggest you add this to your Steam library.

positive · AI labelView post →I grew up watching this game and it felt surreal (and nostalgic) to finally play it myself. It’s a great way to turn your brain off and burn stuff for fun. I love how obscure and simple the mechanics are—one of those indie games that’ll randomly pop into your head years later and make you smile.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This is a super nostalgic game for me but I think it still holds up on its own regardless. Some of the puzzles really did stump me for a while. The art is peak too. and really who doesn't want to be a pyromaniac?
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Got reminded of Little Inferno today and god, what a prophetic ass game that was.
positive · AI labelView post →I found the ending lack luster, it seemed a little too optimistic/there was no secret. The other reason this is a downvote is that the DLC is required to 100% the game, not only that but once you get it you have to start over to 100% the game... Decent game, get if on sale.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Let's talk intensely about a very innoative game: Little Inferno ...but why? This Game is very simple: you get a fireplace and you burn all kind of stuff. And that's it. You are provided with so many multiple catalogues, and they give you so many Items to burn. Buy them and burn them! But before you think, buy this game!

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Fourth game completed in 2026! This is technically a Re-Play since I played the original Little Inferno back in 2012 when it first released, but I never touched the Ho Ho Holiday Expansion from 2022 nor did I go for all the combos or achievements. I have now completed this game. Love Little Inferno.
positive · AI labelView post →The Game of the Season for my 6yo & 8yo boys is… LITTLE INFERNO (Wii U). A great cooperative puzzler if you’re looking for all the combos; a necessary end-of-year catharsis if you’re just letting it all burn.

I don't play most mobile games, because most are commercial, and I'm not willing to get a Google account and associate it with my phone. I think that Google has enough information about me. However, there are a number of commercial games that exist for both the PC and for Android, stuff like Bloons TD 6. Unless you have a PC, I'd probably take a glance there, since if a game is…

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →ı rarely make negative reviews and unfortunately this is one of those times. This is a game I've known since I was smaller and I had liked watching it back then so I bought it. It's a cool game, but it eventually gets repetitive and doesn't offer much playtime even if you 100% the game. It's cheap game but still I don't think it's worth its price.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Amazing game and a pretty neat storyline to complement it. I played this on the Wii U first and the animations are even more nice to look at on PC. positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →If you avoid fire in real life because it's morally wrong to be a pyromaniac, this game is absolutely for you. Don't let the 2012 release date push you away. This game contains the best firing simulation I have ever experienced in a video game. It has quite silly humor and a flash-like art style. I gotta be honest I'm neutral towards the ending, I didn't get the point of it. Still, I absolutely recommend it, I consider it a must play indie classic.
