While this game is an improvement over the first Steel Titans, its just still not up to par with what a Monster Jam game should be. Firstly, the huge offender is the physics. They are WAY better than the first game, but still are under developed. The problem is the monster trucks don't feel heavy. They constantly bounce around like they have helium in their tires. This isn't necessarily a problem for stadium events, …

My son is 2 and is obsessed with monster trucks. I have a pretty full on sim rig which he is obsessed with also. The play through was actually pretty good using a dualsense controller. You are able to have a steering wheel (with FFB) on and inputting while also using the dualsense so it made my boy feel like he was driving. VERY HELPFUL HINT I WISH I KNEW THIS - In the gameplay setting your are able to access …

They want to make something arcade and create a universe familiar to Monster Jam fans, and they succefully did so. Gameplay: The trucks have a very arcade behavior, you can throw yourself over bumps, high jumps, front/back flips, you often back on your wheels and getting back to 4 wheels is very easy when you still have contact with the ground. This may bother players who are looking for something more realistic, …

The game is very fun for my son, who's 4 years old. He loves playground mode, but we're also working together to unlock all the cars. Highly recommend if you have a younger kid that LOVES monster trucks!

My 4 year old son loves this game. There is a "playground" mode that unlocks all areas/trucks.

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I was not expecting this to be as much fun as it is. I mean you have monster trucks, destruction, and racing so what more could you ask for. Honestly its just a fun game with lots of challenges and kind of open world-ish play you can enjoy. I'm hooked and i give this a thumbs up!

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →As far as Monster Jam games currently available for purchase, this one is the best. Showdown is a decent game however is lacking in many ways where this one outperforms.

Dont know how but Ive thoroughly searched for answers, changed wheel data settings in the app data, unplug usb/ replug usb at intro cinematic, updated drivers, generic controllers are OFF....and NOTHING. It just simply stopped. Very frustrating situation.Cant even play this game with my son anymore. not recommended unless they do something about it.

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Got this for my 3 year old monster truck loving son and it's actually pretty cool! Make sure to enable "playground mode" in settings, it temporarily unlocks all trucks and courses so your kid can go nuts!
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →The following are my Impressions: Listen, I'm not here to tell you MJST2 is a bad game. In fact, it's pretty fun as far as open world Monster Truck games go. THAT said, it's just not for me. I was expecting more modes, more violence against your opponents, and more variety besides racing. There is nothing like a demolition (derby) mode. This is a racing game 1st and foremost. sure, there are rolls/flips you can do, and some occasional challenges meant for stunting, but by and large you are…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Monster Jam Steel Titans 2 is an freesyle/stadium and racing game which an multi-open world style experience. Compared to the first game this one is actually worth to play and it feels very simular but much better with its phyics, worlds and career mode thats how the first game should been: Pros: Pros: + graphics are ok (draw distance with tress and shadows need a little more work) + soundtrack is good an little improvement compared to the first game + outdoor/point to point races and circuit…

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I guess you could say the real Monster Jam was the Steel Titans 2 we made along the way.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →not beginner friendly
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I mean, Its fun, don't get me wrong...but $30 is a bit of an asking price; Best to wait for a sale. Got some Cars the video game vibes with this one, almost nostalgic in a way. Just as jank, too!
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Pretty decent arena/stadium monster truck game, really terrible open world/circuit racer. The thing that irks me the most is how bad the physics model is. For a 20 ton truck it sure feels weightless and stoppable. Destroyable-looking objects can crash you and send you to a full stop or flying. The littlest things can tip you over, as if you had the world's stiffest suspension; the moment one side of the truck goes up, you're guaranteed to fall over unless you kill all momentum and come to a…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I bought this 75% off and I'm still requesting a refund. I've played every monster truck game I could get my hands on since Monstertruck Madness from Microsoft. This is an abject disappointment. You're dropped in a tiny "open world" with no effects, the coolest thing they've got going it it appears to make ruts in the dirt, but thats as far as this goes. You can find hidden items to unlock more I guess? It's just not fun. You go too far out of bounds and boom, you're sent flying -- oh look,…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →you get exactly what you expect. you buy a game about big trucks and destruction you get a game about big trucks and destruction.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Is it a spiritual successor to Monster Truck Madness 2? No, is it kinda like Monster Truck Madness 2? Kinda/sorta yes. While I haven't played or thought about racing monster trucks since 1998, when I saw this I thought I'd give it a try since it kinda, sorta, looks like MTM2. What it lacks: most importantly is Kind of the Hill, the best game mode in MTM2, is not in this game. If it gets added in a Monster Jam 3, it's an immediate 5 stars and day-one download from me. As of this review, Oct…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →It would take a while to explain what's fundamentally good and bad about this, but for a brief summary, physics, competition, and graphics are great, but the brutality of messing up is kinda annoying after a while.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →My 3 year old nephew loves video games so I gotta share some of his thoughts on them: - His favourite games ever are Super Mario Galaxy 2, Monster Jam: Steel Titans 2 and Cars (PS2) - His favourite smash characters are Hero (Eleven) and Meta Knight. - His least fav is Ganondorf because he’s mean
positive · AI labelView post →I really do like this game and I love Monster Jam, however this game crashes too much to be played and I wish they would make a more realistic/simulation version of this game would make it 100x better.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →The physics are absolute jank.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →My son is 5 and loves monster trucks, he cannot get enough of this game.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This game is fun - when things work. What are the things that don't work? Controller configuration and co-op freeride. One thing I get really mixed feelings about is hearing "Daddy, let's play Steel Titans 2!" Fun will be had, though only after a solid 10+ minutes of the typical setup frustration. If you play co-op with usb controllers, there will be a lot of quirky magic and luck involved in starting a game session that actually is ready for play. Which controller is player 1? Will the second…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Love this game. Own it on Steam, Switch, Xbox and Playstation. They definitely need to announce a 3rd ASAP!
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Our son is 4 and this is the first game that he has ever played. He really enjoys it, and the mechanics are easy enough for him to use as well. We turn on the function that opens all of the monster trucks from the beginning so that he can play with any truck he he wants. It is fun to play together or let him play for a little while while we get some things done around the house.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →only buy on sale. pretty neat, i dont play but i let my son play it and he likes it. *it does have a small free roam mode* which is what i wanted..
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Monster Jam Steel Titans 2 looks good, runs well enough, and has lots of trucks, events, and secrets to unlock, scattered across 5 huge worlds that will require lots of exploration. You will need to learn how to perform simple stunts and sharper turns. To do all that, you will need some time to adjust to the weird control scheme, which allows you to turn the front and back wheels independently. There are 5 unique teams, each with their own themed trucks. The trucks overall look nice and have…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Impressive. This game is just as if not bigger pile of garbage than the first one.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →My 4 year old loves going to monster jam shows and likes to play this game from time to time .
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →i bought this ♥♥♥♥ when i was a immature little creature
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →You can tell it's a little older at this point and a few of the gameplay mechanics could be better but overall, this is one of the most enjoyable monster truck games I've played.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →My son is 5 and loves this and I got it for cheap, so thumbs up. You can unlock tons of great trucks through racing and freestyle, as well as by exploring an open world that consists of several connected areas you unlock by playing career mode. And they even added a playground mode in the settings which unlocks everything at once, so the parents can drive Assetto Corsa Evo in the evenings instead of having to spend their time unlocking stuff in a mediocre monster truck game (by adults…

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This game has consumed 50+ hours of my life and IT WAS THE BEST. This game is really good if you like monster jam and racing games.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Absolutely fun game to play with the kids who are obsessed with monster trucks. Easy enough for them to play and you to unlock all the trucks for them without really trying to hard.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Bought this to play with / for my kids to play (3yr old + 7yr old) - They love it! As does their mum :) I'm not sure who plays it most.. I haven't played the first one and wasn't sure which one to buy - no regrets! Great game for some quick fun and good challenges!

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Monster Truck game and cant crush cars, just crates. What MORON designed this game?
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →played for a bit. the outdoor segments ruin this game. so many of them are based on luck. everything else is fine

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Take all the good parts of Steel Titans 1, add more stuff, and you get Steel Titans 2. Peak game
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Monster Jam Steel Titans 2 developed by Rainbow Studios and published by THQ Nordic is an arcade-style racing and stunt game that attempts to capture the chaotic excitement of real Monster Jam events while blending traditional stadium competitions with open-world exploration. Released in March 2021 for PC and consoles, the game builds upon the foundation of its predecessor by expanding the number of trucks, environments, and activities available to players. Instead of focusing solely on…

negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →this game is so cool!
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →All I wanted was a good monster truck racing simulator not this arcade ♥♥♥♥. I wanted a realistic monster truck experience. That's not what we got. Sure there are some real racing head to head and stunts give me a real monster truck league game!!!
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →good playability and graphics. I liked :)
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →just boring and repetitive just boring and repetitive just boring and repetitive
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →the thousand races on the main area drives me insane every time im here for the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ stadiums not some ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ♥♥♥♥♥♥ ass play area made in probably a day not to mention the drivers being so autisticly retarded they seem like theyre crashing into you on purpose and some reason my monstertruck was flying last i checked they dont have autism ♥♥♥♥ the stupid races
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Great fun if you like monster trucks! I play this game with my kiddo and he loves it. We take turns and he likes seeing all his favorites and new ones from this game. It is also a good casual racing and off road fun.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Me and my son play this game all the time! so far we have above 24 hours into the game. He loves unlocking all the trucks and watching the trucks do tricks. I was very impressed with this game
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Great for children and challenging for adults. Totally worth $7
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →The Monster Jam Steel Titans series to me is a couple of pretty good monster truck games. Even though the physics can be a bit wonky i still have a blast playing them. Steel Titans 2 is a great sequel and i have played it mostly on ps4 which i have around 50 hours invested into the game. Im restarting on pc because of the better frame rate which makes the game feel even better. The truck and stadium variety are pretty good. The semi open world maps are also fun to drive around and find…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →if I wanted to be treated like a child I'd have went outside and told a random person that I have autism.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I tried to like this game but it just kinda makes me want to play the older games (Monster Jam 2007 and Monster Jam Urban Assault) it feels really weird to drive heavy trucks that fall over too easily and have an upgrade system. i get its to keep the player engaged. but I miss the old mechanics of the two games i mentioned, outdoor maps or hell even full on CITIES were being used as tracks, and the fun little mini-games like the long jump game mode or high jump from Urban Assault. In short I…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →So Fake. Does not even have the effects of a real Monster Truck. Not sure why i cant even loose a wheel. It almost seems like something out of a movie due to the jumps/flips in the air. Would never recommend buying this game. Unless, your under the age of 8. "Monster Jam 2008" OR "path of distruction 2011" is a better choice.

neutral · AI labelView post →Avenger gameplay #MonsterTrucks #MonsterJam #MonsterTruckPicOfTheDay #MonsterJamSteelTitans2
neutral · AI labelView post →The game itself is a big improvement on the first Steel Titans. Trucks are way better to control. Only skincrawling thing the off course races it's unbearable to drive them. Trucks you drive trip on the highest jumos, no way to correct properly, trucks have special attacks to hold you up ( very rage sensitive in the Grave Digger area where there is no proper way to overtake ). It's an improvement for sure, only in the freestyle, stadium races and timed destruction.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Great fun games for kids and adults alike! My 5 year old loves it@
