Players find the game a fun, easy collectathon for young children, especially fans of the show. [1][2][3] Many reviewers criticize the game for being too short, with only seven missions and a few minigames. [4][5][6] Several players report bugs and lack of keyboard support, making the game frustrating for some. [7][8][9]

In terms of gameplay, PAW Patrol Mighty Pups Save Adventure Bay really is an improvement over the first game. The missions are not linear anymore and are more fun. Still, that's not nearly enough. Game is still too short. Only 7 missions and a few minigames. It feels like they lack creativity. It should be like LEGO, open world with side quests. That way kids and adults would enjoy it much more. You finish it too …

Do not buy. The game is full of bugs and unfinished, which is unbelievalable considering it's just a small update from the last game. In-game, if you skip the animation, certain actions on the key critical components will not be available, which will make you stuck in the level on in the menu. Imagine trying to explain a child that he\she should not skip any of the animations, otherwise they will be locked in the …

*PAW Patrol Mighty Pups Save Adventure Bay* is built from the ground up as a child-friendly action-adventure game, and everything about it reflects that intention — from its colorful art style to its gentle pacing and simplified controls. Based on the “Mighty Pups” storyline from the popular animated series, the game begins with a cosmic meteor striking Adventure Bay and granting the pups a range of superpowers. …

4 year old paw patrol fan is enjoying it. It has the paw paw boogie, minigames from the missions are available to be replayed from the menu, all missions are cooperative (both characters are needed to complete them but both characters are also playable from one controller by changing them, kind of like Lego games, in case you are playing single). Overall fun game to enjoy with our kids :) Keep in mind the second …

negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →The game is ok but way too short. My son and I finished the main story within 2 hours, this is not worth 40 bucks.

negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Poor performance or maybe just some incompatibility with my PC. Also no keyboard support is a joke, especially when it says partial controller support. If it only has partial controller support, but only supports controllers, then what does anything mean!
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →my nephew love this game
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →A buggy mess of a game. Controller doesn't even work. PAW Patrol World is the much better game. My niece and nephew are happy with that.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Grab a friend and have a laugh - kids game or not, it's a sweet and quick collect-em-up. I guess it would be fine for kids to play, but I had a blast with a co-op grabbing everything for the 100% https://youtu.be/6ybdRJ62iHs
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →The game has some fun game mecanics, but also contains many bugs. My 3 year old daughter gets stuck regularly and the only way forward is to restart the game. Definitely not a polished game.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →My grandson played this game. Finished it in 2 1/2 hrs. I expected more for a $30 game. He's 6 yrs old too. He loved the characters of course but way too easy for him.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Does not work with Xbox controller and it needs a big workaround to get it work. Don't bother until it's fixed.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →No keyboard support. Understandable, since this is a multi-platform game and we're 1 day into the release, I expect this to be an issue. Patch will hopefully be out soon to add keyboard support. From a gameplay perspective, everything appears to be stable and well designed. Assuming you have some kind of a controller, this game is an excellent introduction into the world of 3D games for young children.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →PAW Patrol: Mighty Pups Save Adventure Bay: Yes this is a baby game, yes it's an easy collectathon but sometimes chill games are fun. I found all 750 puppy treats.
neutral · AI labelView post →#Platinum 176: Paw Patrol: Mighty Pups Save Adventure Bay! Uh... Family. That's the genre. I played this for the Family genre. It's kind of nothing. Collect the treats and badges. Finish the stage. No enemies, no risk of anything. Then there were some mini-games. I can move on.
neutral · AI labelView post →Support for local language, escpecially speech, is essential for a children's game, and while this game has it, unlike the previous game, it's not enough to save the game. Only one character has voice acting and it's not even the same voice as on the TV. And all the character names are not translated, like they are on the TV show, so the kids have no idea who they should be playing as, when the game instructs them to select a specific character. Gameplay-wise it's not as good as the first game.…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Out of all of the PAW PATROL games being thrown at our youngsters either through mobile, PADD, or PC - for some reason developers LUV churning out some real winners simply for the sake of that cold hard cash and gettin that license so they can put it to REEL YOOS by giving nothing more than repetitive levels, same dog..different colors, same EPIC music so you can start drilling it into your head by the end of level two which JUST puts you over that two hour refund window if you let your kids…

neutral · AI labelView post →Recommended if you have little kids that are into paw patrol and can get it at a discount. There is little else on steam that is both easy enough, with no reading required and without violence etc. I also encountered the issues others have faced like Ryder's dialogue cutting out and rare freezes. My kids don't mind replaying missions so the 4 hours some claim are an understatement. We are now trying to collect all pup treats to see what happens when the jar gets full. It runs well under…

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I gave the other paw patrol game a positive review because my daughter liked it, but even though she likes this game too (and it's clearly a superior game to the other one), I can't bring myself to give this a positive review. It really boils down to one thing - There's almost no Mighty pups gameplay at all in the game. If this were a 10€ game, I would let it slide, but it isn't. If it were a 10€ game, I would accept that there are very few main missions and minigames, but it isn't. The game…

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →A PC game that requires an XBOX controller?!?! Does Monty Python know? They might want to use this ridiculous requirement in their new skit.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →You cannot play with keyboard!! You need a controller and it is not stated in the store page for the game! I want my money back!!!
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Very well made.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Asked a refund because it's not playable. The game seemed better than the first one but it's bugged to the point where the game is stuck. There are 7 mission only and the kids are stuck at mission 5. It happened also at mission 3 but after a retry it worked. If you don't want your kids to be disappointed, don't buy this game.

I've never seen an inappropriate app/game on there.
neutral · AI labelView post →Well... You can expect nothing from game on license, but still even youngest kids are disappointed. In this game you can run (4 directions - only on some maps) and jump (and press action button when developers prepared action in this place) - that's all! Story? Doesn't make sense even for the youngest. IN A GAME FOR KIDS YOU CAN'T PREPARE PROPER LINEAR STORY FOR 3-4H? You have a lot of minigames (hard to say it's minigame) when after 2-3 of these everyone is bored. In this game you can't lose.…

neutral · AI labelView post →Most Outright Games have some glaring flaws, the real question is whether they get in the way of enjoying the license. Personally unless its a birthday or Christmas I we wait for a *deep* discount or PS+/gamepass. The tipping point for us was Paw Patrol: Mighty Pups Save Adventure Bay. The TV movie had been a favorite so we bought it thinking it would probably continue the quality if Paw Patrol: On a Roll (which was a great first platformer). Unfortunately unlike its predecessor it had no…
neutral · AI labelView post →This game has multiple problems: - No resolution changing capability or menu to reduce/increase video settings. - This game does not display properly on ultrawide 32:9 displays. The menu and the game are zoomed in and you can't see everything. - The game runs at full tilt, so on my 3080 ti it's trying to put out over 1100fps and there are no in-game settings to enable vsync to force FPS limiting to your monitor's refresh rate. You can do this through the nVIDIA control panel. Don't buy games…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →WOW, AN ACTUAL GAME THIS TIME. This game is infinitely better than Paw Patrol: On A Roll and it's not even close. The gameplay is now in a 3D environment which makes the game feel more open and free and allows more creative level design. There are less levels than On A Roll, but it's better as the levels have more content as well as more to do which makes them not feel that they drag on like the first game. The minigames included in the Extra's menu actually feel like minigames and add a…

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I can't recommend the game, because: 1) Too short, even with the repetetive mini games. 2) Sky's mini game is glitchy (also in story mode) - sometimes bones are just too close to beginning of a new fly track, so it requires a lot of precision to collect them. But this is not the biggest problem - the biggest one is that sometimes bones are simply not collected, and it looks like Sky just flies over them. Try to explain this to a kid, why everything is done in time, but not collected...…

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →My kids love it.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Overall an easy game. Involves exploring every location to find all the pup treats. You shouldn't miss any during exploration, but you can easily miss a few during the driving and flying scenes. Just be careful with these parts and you'll be able to collect all the pup treats. The minigames are easy. The only one that could prove difficult is the jump rope one, but if you can get to the beat, you'll be fine. There are two downsides I noticed. 1) Each mission is separated into two or three…

negative · AI labelView post →Too short of a game, only an hour or two of gameplay, but my 5yo son enjoyed it and likes replaying it. Id defenitly recommend getting it on discount though because its such a short game.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Fun and playable by little kids, but it's very short. My 5 and 7 old girls finished it in a bit more that 2 hours. If you'll try to get all collectables and bones, then yes, it's a bit longer, but overall very short game. Won't recommend to buy it if it's not on some kind of a deal.
