Right off the bat, I'm going to address the technical aspect - it's beyond atrocious. The game has insane performance issues, this combined with all the bugs, glitches and loading times every 3 steps makes for a bad first impression. It's so bad as a matter of fact that I wanted to quit before even finishing the first day. It's clear to me the game runs on an ancient engine which brings me to the graphics, I mean …

Game is scuffed and stupid, just the way it was always supposed to be. I don't know what else people expected for sequel to Postal 2. Don't expect a perfectly polished AAA game, expect one where you drop kick a man halfway into a wall and watch his ragdoll freak out. Postal 4 is just a stupid and fun game. Optimization could be better, but it's not as bad as people make it out to be. A normal 8Gb card from the past …

If you're coming here after finishing Postal 2 looking for more of the same magic turn back now. Postal 4 is a downgrade in every conceivable way. The performance is abysmal which makes no sense because the graphics aren't nearly good enough to justify the frame drops. It's been now 5 years since P4 was announced, and 4 since it's been released. I still remember the day when I got an email from RWS, announcing P4. And as a huge Postal fan I was literally jumping in joy, finally getting a proper sequel to P2. It's 2026, it's been a while I played a Postal game, took a chance, unlike the game title, I regert. Pros: - Fun game - Graphic is still okay for a 2022 game Cons: - too many loadings when changing area, how's that possible ? It's 2022, the map is small and quite empty with not so much NPC, why ? - waaaaaaaaaay too many bugs: game crashing, cellphone menu freezing, map keybind that opens another menu in the …

Critics, per Wikipedia

According to review aggregator Metacritic, Postal 4: No Regerts received "generally unfavorable reviews", ranking worst out of 824 games rated in 2022. Multiple publications criticised the game's unentertaining gameplay, frequent bugs and performance issues, and poorly executed and dated jokes. GameSpot reviewer Richard Wakeling called it a "genuinely awful experience that should be avoided at all costs". The story and writing was widely criticised by gaming publications. Travis Northrup of IGN and Wakeling described the game's jokes as poorly written and reliant only on shock value. I have no words to describe how decadent RWS has become. Apparently, their idea is to extract as much as possible from Postal 2, always repeating the same concept, and now they've decided to remake Postal 2 when Postal 4 is already full of problems. At least fix the mess that already exists. Postal 3 is bad, but at least it wasn't the developers' fault, but rather external factors. Postal 4 has no excuse for being bad; it's simply developer incompetence. The game is an unfinished mess, full of…

Extremely unfunny and sanitized compared to previous games, including Postal 3. Full of reddit-tier humor and writing. It's crazy because the game was under development and launched at the perfect time, with lots of irl happenings and trends ready to be parodied, but RWS chickened out. Additionally, the game is still a mess technically despite version 1.0 launching 4 years ago. Easily the worst mainline game in the series.

Its really odd how Running with Scissors promote themselves on social media as a pro consumer company but when you buy this soulless game it reflects none of those values. I bought Postal 4 when it was in early access and I played half of Monday and I still think about how washed down and boring this game is. The Art direction is terrible, the weapons are not fun to use and the humor might be worse then Borderlands. Overall as a long time fan of Postal 2, Postal 4 just sucks and is a great…

Having played this game start to finish, I can confidently say that even on sale it's not worth the price. The guns simply feel generic, and aiming down sights just... doesn't feel very Postal. Furthermore, there are various game design decisions I simply cannot understand, such as the UFOs during the apocalypse just being a forced death you have to pray you don't get hit by, or some later quests (which seem like they'd be an absolute pain to do pacifist). The errands themselves just... don't…

The game still feels unfinished and it feels like Running with Scissors has abandoned it. Updates are way too slow and it still feels like early access. There's so much left that needs to be improved but for some reason they are choosing to remake postal 2? I don't really understand their thought process but instead of this game, just get the original postal 2 and then maybe some mods like Happy Night or something.

And when the missions do work some of them are tricks and often designed to waste your time or the objective isnt clear. Not to mention performance. I bought this game back in Early Access nearly Day 1. I could not play it back then because I was on a very ♥♥♥♥♥♥ laptop. Why did I wait 6 years to actually play through the game? Not sure. But what I can say is that I am Extremely mixed towards Postal 4: No Regerts. Sadly however, it leans more negatively than I thought it would. But why? Postal 4's Map is much larger than Postal 2's, yet it feels much more empty, and somehow more disconnected than Postal 2's. Both games have loading…

I know POSTAL 4: No Regerts gets a lot of mixed reactions, and I understand why. It is rough around the edges, the humor will not land for everyone, and some jokes can feel over-the-top or a little awkward. But as someone who has played a lot of POSTAL over the years, I still find myself coming back to this game and having a good time with it. I would like to pre-face my review by pointing out that I've been playing Postal 2 for over 2 decades and still love it. Postal 4 is a cash grab. Put in as much shock value and contemporary references to wow audiences as possible to get sales from the franchise fans, then leave it in a state of disrepair once the money stops flowing in. The game is boring at best and I can't recommend anyone to actually buy this knowing what happened recently. For context, the devs insulted fans over AI use allegations (which were true) of a studio they hired to develop a new game for this series. I’ve spent roughly the last two years playing Postal 2, and in that time, it has become one of my favorite games of all time. I genuinely believe it’s a well-made, clever, fun, and addicting experience. Obviously, it’s not flawless, it’s a little buggy and confusing at times, and Apocalypse Weekend is some of the worst game design I’ve ever had the displeasure of playing, but the main game and its DLC still hold a very special place in my heart. Well, this is certainly the most buggy experience I ever had in videogames. I literally have zero idea how THIS game got to be released in SUCH state, considering the fact that when I'm writing this review, it's been 4 years since the game's full release. Now obviously I didn't play it when it came out, and I can't say what's been fixed, is the game better or worse now, but there's one thing I can say for sure. Currently Postal 4 is a barely-playable game. Important note: Despite the fact that…

Postal Bullet Paradise / possibly Postal 4 Running with Scissors. They got caught with tons of gen-ai and pulled the game, and are closing the studio now too. They have an ode to Epstein in 4 ewe -y www.pcgamesn.com/postal-bulle... www.reddit.com/r/postal/com... x.com/RWSstudios/s...

Horrible, ABSOLUTELY, horrible. Ok, maybe I am over-exaggerating but seriously, this game needs to be fixed. I am probably not the person who has experienced this but, ill just point it out. This game, is SUPER laggy. And I mean super super laggy. I can barley take a couple steps without the game crashing, at this point i've tried everything that could help the game run a bit smoother. But nothings working. In my opinion, please don't buy this game. And if anyone has a bit of advice to at…

i put in about 26 hours in to P4 and i refuse to spend anymore time than that on a game so lackluster and so behind the times on jokes or anything meaningful to say. i wont even talk about the older postal games as a comparison that's how bad i feel P4 is, i feel like it is a far cry from what postal games use to be. its better than P3 but that really is not saying much, was there parts i laughed at YUP was there parts of P4 i had a lot of fun with, absolutely id be a Lying is i said i did not…

Running With Scissors has had 4 years to fix these bugs. This isn't cute jank like Postal 2, it's messed up menus, lost inventory, corrupted saves, hard crashes out of nowhere, <30 FPS on low settings, skins resetting, bugged AI, sketchy hitboxes, poorly designed UI, the list goes on and on. By selling this to me, Running with Scissors has proven they are as bad as Ubisoft or EA. I will not be buying from them in the future. Just another game studio who thinks they can treat fans like…

I hate to give this a thumbs down, but this game is so riddled with bugs and crappy AI that I can't in good faith recommend anyone buy it. It's been out of early access for four years, yet it still feels like a beta build. The good: - Overall, the map design isn't bad. There are some empty areas, but it's alright. - Still has tons of weapons, just like Postal 2. - Graphics are fine. Nothing impressive, but nothing awful either. The neutral: - Humor is subjective. I don't know if it's just me…

Since you loved Gnarpy as the Postal Dude, I decided to make some Renders of Gnarpy in the Dude's outfit from Postal 4: No Regerts and the first game! #Regretevator #Gnarpy #Postal #Blender

No Regerts? I regert buying this game, frankly. In its current state, I do not recommend this game. Not even on sale. (Plus, $40 for this pile of doggy doo is ridiculous) Bad jokes, bad optimization and a soulless feeling. Go get Postal 2, or wait for the Postal 2 Redux to release and get that one.

I don't know if I am allowed to do this if I have no credits yet, but 4 projects I would love to voice in would be: Warhammer 40k Selaco Postal 4 Any mech game or anything that needs someone to voice a construct.

This game has SO much potential it is such a good game, but it has many performance based problems. i know my pc specs aren't the absolute best but they're by no means bad. I've tweaked settings for so long and i still cant get a solid frame rate without a lot of stuttering. gameplay is good story is good optimization though is horrible for pc. that basically sums up a lot of these reviews. i know its in early access but they really need to address and send out some fixes for optimization.…

I think the negative criticism is justified, but I think it's a fun game even if it's been in development hell forever.

This game gets a bad rap! Is it absolutely stupid and also somewhat buggy?? Absolutely! I just look at that as part of the charm though. I think of this game the same as I would the absolutely most horrendous and cheap ‘B’ movies. There is a lot of jank, but at the end of the day it’s good fun. Now maybe I am biased because I have been a fan since the original game, but whatever. I enjoyed it and will probably even play it again. For anyone on the fence about this I would totally recommend if…

Not Recommended It’s immediately obvious this was built in Unreal Engine 4 the second you load in, and not in a good way. Performance isn’t unplayable, but it’s consistently bad. Frequent frame drops, hitches, and stutters make the game feel rough no matter how many times I try to give it another chance. Beyond performance, the game just feels painfully uninspired. It honestly feels like I’m walking around an Unreal Engine 4 remake of Postal 2, same bland town layout, tall rock walls boxing…

postal 2 if it was larger, baron and boring. could have been peak, but it's just mid at best. weapon wheel is clunky and reloading in a postal game, take the p!ss. game feels like moped simulator at times but it's not all sh!te there were many moments I really enjoyed with this game. 2.6/5
