I understand that the charming 'translation' is part of the wacky charm, but when I'm playing a roguelike, I actually like to be able to understand the text. Regardless, the game feels very thin. I'd rather just play Brotato instead.

Wanba was so great with this mechanics (probably borrowed from another great game Hammerfight) that i feel really disappointed now - the graphic style & lore similarity made me feel like it's based on the same fighting technique, no it's not, foolish me.

This may be my favourite roguelite and yours too if you give it a shot. Oh and not to mention the games sense of humour is great :)

Good variety of weapons and other upgrades for metaprogress. The differences within the run, are not as big as in games like Hades, but they are big enough to make the game fun for a few hours. There are a few progression walls within the game, that made me stop playing at some point, because the gameplay gets also a bit stale after a few hours. 7/10
