What players are saying
Counted from the reviewers’ own thumbs up/down on the 168 English Steam reviews we collected, not by the AI. Valve’s all-language rating: Mostly Positive (208 of 280 positive).
Several reviewers criticize the lack of online multiplayer and limited content. [1][2][3] Some players compare it unfavorably to Mario Party, citing poor minigames and slow gameplay. [4][5][6]

Joke reviews aside, This game has some fun minigames, the ai even on easy is decently competent, but theres only 1 map, and 4 characters to choose from. No online multiplayer, so if you wannt play with friends, remote play is your only option and its laggy and unreliable. This should be a $10 game at most, feels like a cheap cash grab.

The day I heard the news about the development of Garfield Lasagna Party was probably the most pleasant day I have had since the release of Garfield Kart: Furious Racing. I remember calling all my friends individually about the release of this wonderful game and I can truly say, from what I have experienced so far, this may be the greatest game of all time, even rivaling the greatness of games such as Garfield Kart …

This game is Garfield; therefore, it is perfect.

Another game that effortlessly beats Nintendo at a party game. Yes Garfield Lasagna Party has less mini games than the Garfield Lasagna Party ripoff, but the games are of much higher quality, that also goes with all other aspects of the game; the visual style is much prettier, easier on the eyes and generally looks much better, the story is multitudes better than "Mario Party" and the gameplay is smoother and more …

negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →EXTREMELY IMPORTANT BEFORE YOU PLAY THE GAME!!! At first, I thought my Grandma was just joking when she started stocking her freezer with Lasagnas after playing this game. She then started screaming and crying uncontrollably every time Mondays came around even though she's retired. It was only when I noticed her hair starting to turn orange that I knew this game was...special. Once my Grandma had fully transformed into a talking cat, I hid her in the closet and brought my friend Billy over…

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Immediate refund. No online multiplayer. Local only. Buyer beware. We're in an age where friends can be in different countries. I have family members that I game with that are too far away to invite over. No recommendation until online multiplayer becomes a thing.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Bought this game at 2:31am one random Saturday, i then decided to get every achivement and refund it at 3:42, I got my money back and 100%ed this stupid game. ♥♥♥♥ you Nermal.

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Garfield.... Hater of Mondays, King of Naps, Lord of Lasagna. This new development of the Garfield series has reached for the moon, and the moon now sits in the paws of Garfield. This beautiful masterpiece is such an original work of art, nothing before has been done to the likes of Garfield Lasagna Party. It is the magnum opus of Garfield, I dare even say it is the Mona Lisa of video games. I look down upon this creation and see that mankind is redeemable, tears shed from my eyes as I…

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →it's definitely a game that you play.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Better than Elden Ring, as this game has the true biggest demon available as an opponent - Nermal I can play as the Lord and Saviour, Garfield, and dine on the finest lasagna available to man 10/10 - must play for all gamers
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →uninstall your other games. breakup with your girlfriend. quit your job. garfield is love. garfield is life.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Sorry guys, but this Garfield title isn't all that great... IT'S INCREDIBLE! STUNNING GRAPHICS, WONDERFUL BLOOM, JON INCLUDED (not playable tho sadly so that deducts a few points from this product), 30 spectacular minigames and 1 huge *BLEEP*ing board. BUY IT NOW
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Sorry to ruin your Monday, Garfield! Whilst their relevancy in the modern day is debatable, I’ve remained a reasonably big fan of this fat orange cat. The animated Garfield Show, the live-action Bill Murray films, and even the functionally boring 2004 cleaning game on the PS2 brings back fond memories from my childhood. While they aren’t necessarily the type of character that I think easily translates to gaming, Lasagna Party has considerable potential on the surface to be a great entry into…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I have no words for how good this game is. Garfield is my passion. My sweet orange prince.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Garfield meets Mario Party but the budget was $3 Not worth the full price, but if you can find it heavily discounted and are a huge Garfield fan its fun.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Considering this game is a prequel to the Garfield car series it explains why all of Garfield's victims are running away from the constant torturing he gives them. This ranges from water boarding to surgeries with out anaesthesia. It perfectly shows the phsyche of the angel of death (Garfield) in 1944 Auschwitz. However, the scenes probably will cause trauma for the faint of hearted. Overall I rate this game a 9/10
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Just got this game wanting to play with friends, just to find out that there's no online multiplayer. This really blows cause the game looks super fun but maybe one day they could add it...hopefully.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I didn't know you needed real life friends to play this game. Also ♥♥♥♥ Nermal :)
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I Hate Odie so much. The rancid dog needs to stop being added to games and be sent to the phantom zone
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →A pretty okay party game, with a pretty okay Garfield theme. It offers an alright amount of content, and can provide you with an alright amount of fun. If you want a Garfield themed party game, this would definitely qualify as a Garfield themed party game.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Our 'Garfield Lasagna Party' episode in our "Pitiful Party Games" series is up now on YouTube! You'll think we streamed this on a Monday for how grumpy our panel of players gets about it. www.youtube.com/watch?v=fGaG...
neutral · AI labelView post →no multiplayer it would suck if i had friends
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Not a Party Garfield Lasagna Party is another Mario Party clone that misses out on everything that made those games so beloved and memorable. The party mode itself is a slow, boring drawn out slog to get through. The turns are long, and slow, the board is boring and uninteresting, and the mini games are forgettable and boring. On top of this there's only 4 playable characters, none of which have voice acting. This leads to a very boring play experience. For $30, there should be at least basic…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →A religious experience that I am overjoyed to have witnessed.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →You don't really appreciate how important the gameplay is to the Mario Party experience until you play something like Garfield Lasagna Party. Yes, good gameplay is often what one hopes for, but you could be forgiven for thinking the inherit randomness of the Mario Party sub-genre would be enough to get by. Lasagna Party would be an inoffensive, perhaps even enjoyable Mario Party clone if it at least played well, but It's in the minigames, one of the biggest draws of a Mario Party-like, where…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →OK party game. Needs multiplayer built in. Remote Play Together works, but it relies heavily on people having connections good enough to host it. I'd only but it if it's on 50% off or more.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Played on a Steamdeck [url=https://store.steampowered.com/curator/45534557/]@MatureContent This is yet another party game that I initially got to play together with my wife, but then ended up having to play by myself. There are three pickable modes in this game, lasagna race, lasagna challenge and lasagna world tour. The race mode is the main mode which takes you and your party through a board game like map with dice rolling, funny card effects and a lot of small mini games to compete in.…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →No online multiplayer in 2025. ♥♥♥♥ you Garfield.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Garfield Lasagna Party is a Mario Party replica with 32 minigames. The art style is amazing, the whole Garfield theme definitely was well done. However, the game feels somewhat sluggish and slow. Some of the controls and mechanics for the minigames were just not as good as it should have been. Still, some of the games feel original and I had fun. I just wouldn't play this for a long time.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Better than secks!
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I hate mondays... AND NERMAL...
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I cherish any opportunity to play this incredible game, but I gotta ask: Why isn’t my man Jon a playable character? He looks so sad, just sitting on the sidelines, having a picnic all by himself. The developers did Jon dirty. That being said, this is still a top tier game. Nay, a top tier EXPERIENCE.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →this game made me divorce my wife and leave my kids. 10/10, play it every day
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →No online multiplayer really limits it
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I hated every single second of this game, yet, I can't help but feel like a new person. Like I've been rejuvenated somehow. Like Jim Davis himself has descended from the heavens to grant me with this game. They can never make me hate you, Garfield.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →You can get EVERY achievement in this game without even touching the main game mode. I tried playing this with friends and by turn 5 most of them wanted to do literally anything but this game. the board gameplay itself is very confusing as the spaces do not tell at a quick glance what they will do. a lot of the game just feels like its not explained well enough or at all and unfortunately it makes the game feel confusing and boring.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This game is funny the first time you play it and then you realize that its one board and the same thing over and over again and you just paid $30 for Garfield Lasagna Party. You can't even play as Jon either what the hell
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Great game, had fun getting the achievements. I would only recommend this game if they had dedicated online play.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Title: A Journey of Self-Discovery: Questioning Sexuality Through Garfield's Lasagna Party In the realm of self-exploration, there are often unexpected catalysts that propel us into uncharted territories. For some, it's a poignant film or a profound conversation; for others, it's a seemingly innocuous event like attending a Garfield-themed lasagna party. In this review, we delve into one individual's introspective journey sparked by a seemingly whimsical occasion. The protagonist of our…

It's currently around 3AM and I am sat here at my PC in my Greggings about to finally express my feelings. I wrote a "review" when I first got this game saying "i created this game in a dream" as a sort of joke review to mask how I truly felt about this game. I originally bought this game because I am a true fan of the lasagna eating cat, Garfield. I also really enjoyed his performance as Peter…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This game is an unmitigated masterpiece that should be nominated for GOTY 2022, not that pathetic God of War game. The nuance of which this game holds, every small detail of each of the 32 fun filled mini-games... it's sublime. Just when I thought things couldn't get better after Garfield Kart, I purchase this masterpiece on a Monday no less. Garfield made me love this very Monday. Garfield makes me love every Monday. Bless you, Garfield, bless you and your lasagna. Please accept the sacrifice…

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Garfield Lasagna Party is an Party board game with its bare minimum effort to be ok but not much more: + 32 mini games like maybe 50% of them are good + soild animations and graphics + the World Tour board game is fun for a short while Cons: - some mini games are not really fun like the Spyder, catapult, conveyor belt and the thing with the open is a bit buggy sometimes the items don't go in - only 4 playable characters - content is bare minimum only 1 board avaible and the 32 mini games, so…
