The game isn't bad, but... I expected it to focus on destroying spiders, but it turns out that the game is two-thirds puzzle and one-third destruction of spiders. The puzzles aren't bad and there's no problem with that, but the spiders at one point become like flies that are just annoying and you only need them for a task or to open doors. Hehe, it's a TON of fun to murder spiders in more and more ludicrous ways! I love how the items get more and more ridiculous and destructive as you set out on your ultimate goal of eliminating all spider scum from the face of your town! There's also objectives to complete and items to collect and I had a blast doing both! But more than anything… I just liked killing spiders!

While that is part of the game, there is so much more and it is more like a hidden object game disguised as a spider killing game. There are free "Demos" on steam (Ignition and Heatwave) if you want to give it a try. There is also a VR version which is the same game but in VR.

Sometimes you get stuck because you can’t see the spiders and end up wasting time. There are also some tasks that are really annoying—like having to shoot two small spiders with a shotgun, and you’re just like noooooooo hahahaha. Overall, the game is good and a lot of fun.

The Halloween maps are just infuriating with the combination of the laughing spiders and the candy being impossible to find. (It wasn't until after I finished most of them that I realized you can use the Radar) Also i'm not a big fan of "The Shoe" type of items in any game, because most games that have it have little to no reason to replay the game and use it.
