Very nice and cute graphics! But the puzzles seem too chaotic and the controls seem wonky with an analog stick, making it very hard to navigate all the chaos.

Radical Rabbit Stew is a super charming arcade action/puzzler and I'm really disappointed that it hasn't got much attention. It's so lovingly made and feels like a game from the Genesis era, or GBA. It's got a lot of content and polish and it's just pleasant to play. Don't sleep on it!

In a dark and uncertain world, there is one ray of sunshine and that is Radical Rabbit Stew. If you want a game that is all about making you feel good and laugh and have a good time, but also think a bit, this is for you. First of all there is the obvious, the graphics are perfect and charming beyond belief. Given my personal tastes, this is probably the best pixel art I have seen in an indie game since Cave Story. …

Quick Score 4/5 Starts off painfully easy, but starts to reach an enjoyable difficulty at about the half way mark when all the mechanics are fully introduced. Takes about an hour to reach this point. However even at its peak difficulty it is still very easy as far as puzzle games go. Otherwise super polished game and pretty fun overall.

Fun and surprisingly unique (yet simple) game concept. It's got nice pixel graphics and level design that reminds me of something I'd play on my Nintendo DS. You essentially just knock rabbits into stew with a variety of different spoons. Some levels are more reaction based, while others are more puzzle based. The game is also quite short, having only 3 worlds which can be cleared in about 3-4 hours. The game is …

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This game is easily one of my favourites to come out in the year of 2020. Radical Rabbit Stew features tricky puzzle-action gameplay, where your goal is to put all the evil bunnies away in stew pots while not succumbing to their attacks or the onslaught of other stage hazards. Each world introduces new abilities, new hazards, and new ways to get rabbits to their goal! At the end of every world, and sometimes in between, there are bosses you must face, usually by flinging bombs or smaller…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Before hitting it big with Core Keeper, Pugstorm made a great little Amiga-ish arcade game called Radical Rabbit Stew, about being a little chef smacking carnivorous space rabbits (it's them or you) into stew pots. Great music, great sprites, great energy and all for around a dollar.
positive · AI labelView post →Radical Rabbit Stew is the largely-unknown game that Core Keeper studio Pugstorm made first. And that's a shame because it's a great little action puzzler with heavy Amiga vibes and cute sprites. Don't feel bad about whacking and cooking those rabbits. They're deadly predators and it's you or them.
positive · AI labelView post →I've been waiting for this game since the Steam showcase thing, it was the most fun game teased and now I finally have it! It's a fun arcade action game with a bit of a puzzle to it, and a wonderful 16-bit aesthetic to it, just beautiful art, sound and music. It got harder than the demo but maybe not as challenging as I would like, then again, it's only the first world. This is the kind of game you don't really see everyday and it's definitely the kind of game you should support so more…

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →So far it's a charming arcadeish and puzzleish game. Each world throws a few mechanics at you, gradually. It keeps the game feeling fresh and let's the player adjust and learn. This is good game design. Pixel art looks nice. The animations are snappy and fun, not to mention that they are coupled with fitting sound effects. Hitting stuff with your spoon is just satisfying. Speaking of sound, the soundtrack is just simply AMAZING. I regret not buying the ost bundle. As you can see in my review,…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I loved this game it has some really awesome tracks and a funny plot. :) And the retro feel was really great, plus the characters are really funny. I found this game very entertaining. You can check out the 15 min of gameplay here : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WgKYTn5xSNQ

The multiplayer feels a little forced, but, overall, the rabbits are cute, the chef kicks ass, and it feels pretty well thought out. (mebbe wait for a sale, because I don't think I would keep it if I paid $16 for it... at least where I'm at in the game)

positive · AI labelView post →Fun little action puzzler. Good soundtrack, decent difficulty but not too crazy. Take revenge on those awful rabbits by giving them a good smack with the spoon!
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I don't think the game does a great job explaining what it is. Essentially you are on levels with killer bunnies, and you have to whack them into springs which make them fly around the level, and your goal is to get them into cooking pots. So it's a bit of an action-puzzler. It does what it does well, but it's not engaging enough for me to complete.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Beatrix Potter would probably be rolling over in her grave if it wasn’t stuffed with rabbit corpses. That Mr. McGregor was a real bastard, making rabbits into pies. You know who else is a real piece of work? The evil Rabbit Queen. Seems her tasteless, moldy veggies were becoming tiresome. Growing jealous of the legendary Space Chefs, who serve their delicacies in an infamous space diner, she orders her evil rabbit henchmen to ransack the diner and kidnap the chefs, so she can enjoy a good…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Its very short, but I had fun with the game. Easy puzzles, only a few require some brain power
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This is a seriously addictive retro feel game, it's like two games rolled into one, firstly you have the wack a rabbit fun and then you've got a head scratching puzzle to figure out. The initial puzzles aren't too hard, but they get you used to the mechanics of the game and before you know it you'll be facing your first boss Rabbit. I have really enjoyed playing the game so far and do intend of playing for much longer, it's certainly a fun, funny and addictive little game which is definitely…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This game needs way way more attention
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →the game itself is kind of cool but there is one dumb little thing that makes me unable to recommend this : the game features a lot of burp-y sounds that make me feel quite unwell
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I got this game as a part of a bundle and honestly, for a game I considered a "throw-in" I have to say I shouldn't have judged this so dismissively. This game is really fun! I'm only about a dozen levels deep but I'm looking forward to working my way through the rest of the game a bit at a time.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Fantastic! Filled with the love of its developers and probably my favourite game I played in 2021. Bloodborne and Uncharted 4 were among the games I played this year, if that gives you a perspective how much I love this game. Short but absolutely lovely! Can't recommend this enough.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I played this game all the way through. It took me 6 hours, as I wanted to get all of the coins. A fun puzzler, with good music and a great sense of humor. Highly funny in parts, slightly absurd. It was a lot of fun, and reminded me of a mix of Rayman, and Lemmings, for both the puzzles, and the speed. Overall, it was good fun, a great value, and I totally enjoyed it.

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Radical Rabbit Stew ($0.89, 125 reviews) - A clever action puzzler about slapping some nasty rabbits into pots, with wonderful pixel art and great sound design. The best finger snapping sound outside of the Nintendo Switch!
positive · AI labelView post →Back on my cutesy indie game shenanigans. Just beat Grapple Dog and immediately snagged Radical Rabbit Stew for less than a dollar. Having fun with it.
positive · AI labelView post →I don't usually go for sokoban puzzle games because i'm a dork at 'em, but this one had me playing through the whole game having fun. None of the levels are brain-breakingly hard, and there's lots of graphical throwbacks to 90s DOS games and SEGA. And it's *fun*, did I mention that? Good humor, cool music, two thumbs up.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I am morally against the harming of bunnies, however the game is really fun.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Excellent puzzle game with great presentation and an arcadey feel to it. Difficulty is a gentle ramp over the first few worlds (so far), so I've been enjoying myself.

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →While I havent beaten the game yet, I would say I have gotten far enough to leave a proper review with all my thoughts on this game and ratings for a few categories General Gameplay: 8/10 Easy and simple to understand, the game slowly brings you into its mechanics but doesnt hold your hand. Instead it guides you to discover it yourself and simply tells you what button you need to press. The bonus collectibles can require lots of thinking at times, such as learning the timing of a tool or…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I first saw Radical Rabbit Stew while perusing Steam's upcoming releases section in the name of digging up promising games to feature for the most popular Curator I run (Noteworthy Video Games - Upcomin)--it definitely caught my attention, and I was aware that Sold Out Software had a few other games in the works as a publisher, which can be a good sign that a game like RRS is decently funded or had a strong enough alpha/beta/whichever state it was in when Sold Out picked it up to attract a…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →It's very good! the physics system and interactions between different spoons & objects are all very solid, and the game is an excellent puzzle game unlike any other, like some bizarre cross of those laser puzzle games and old school Zelda.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This is an incredibly charming and fun little game that I would highly recommend. I had an ad for it come up on YouTube and the thing that hooked me immediately and made me want to buy it was the music. The soundtrack is phenomenal and suits the areas of the game well. The gameplay is simple yet fun, and they do a great job of introducing each new mechanic throughout the game. I enjoyed figuring out the various puzzles to get every coin; none of them felt too frustrating or convoluted while…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Very fun puzzler-combat game. The game does a FANTASTIC job of introducing new mechanics (or, "spoons"), and leaves you with plenty of challenges that have you thinking on how to get the extra coins. Game has a stellar sound track, smooth gameplay, but most importantly it is extremely satisfying to play. smacking the rabbits, hitting things off of springs, it's amazing.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →In this video I take a look at Radical Rabbit Stew, an arcade puzzle game. This has been really well put together and if you like the classic arcade feel and puzzles then this is your title! It's fast, colourful, and comes with it's very own epilepsy warning. On the bright side for our epileptic friends, you can disable the bright stuff in the settings- I didn't though so don't watch if you have the condition. Watch the video to see what the game is like... https://youtu.be/cRN639MAfZE…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Radical Rabbit Stew delivers a charming combination of arcade action, environmental puzzles, and absurd humor, transforming an unusual cooking concept into a surprisingly entertaining adventure. Developed by Pugstorm and published by Sold Out, the game follows a heroic chef determined to rescue kidnapped colleagues from an invading army of mischievous rabbits. Instead of traditional weapons, players rely on an oversized spoon to send troublesome bunnies flying into strategically positioned…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →A fairly solid little puzzle game with a healthy dose of goofiness (they use some meme sound effects, i.e. bonk). And I do truly mean solid in this case as they are decent to fairly good in every field, the art style is cute and pop-ey, the music is not bad, and the gameplay is satisfying (they clearly understand wanting to launch yourself around). Game isn't that long (there's even an achievement to beat it in under an hour), but I think it provides enough substance for the value.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Radical Rabbit Stew is an action puzzle game about turning killer rabbits into stew. Also Amiga vibes. My god that soundtrack! store.steampowered.com/app/1232010/...
positive · AI labelView post →Before Pugstorm hit it big with Core Keeper, they made another great game that just didn't sell - Radical Rabbit Stew. A very Amiga-styled action puzzler where you try to slap carnivorous space-bunnies into pots. Great music & sprites plus some cool bosses. Has a nice local party-game mode too!
positive · AI labelView post →A friend of mine said it's a good game, slept on possibly.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Radical Rabbit Stew is always a fun small adventure! Next game tomorrow! We sent the Howlerverse love to @jakkenblue.bsky.social rockin' Mind Over Magic 💜
positive · AI labelView post →just finished Radical Rabbit Stew a very cool and funny arcade puzzle action game i normally suck at puzzle games but this game have more emphasis on action where you can brute force those also it have hilarious sounds effects XD thanks for @summerlaverdure.bsky.social for this gift <3
positive · AI labelView post →I dont think Ive ever been as quickly turned off to a game by sound effects as I was with this one. Game itself seems fun enough, but the abundance of grating, annoying, or stock sound effects made want to be doing anything else with my time. If I return to this one itll be with the sound low, or off.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Radical Rabbit Stew is a Adventure puzzle game where you use a variety of different spoons to knock rabbits into the stew pots through completing puzzles to get them there. Graphics- Pixels Soundtrack- Okay Audience- kids and Teenagers Difficulty- It's not too difficult to get the hang of Story- Alright story Game time- Okay length Price- Its a expensive for what it is 5/10
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →An Action Puzzler with a lot of charm, Radical Rabbit Stew feels like something that would have been right at home on the Game Boy Advance or Sega Genesis. The runtime matches - the game took hours to play through while finding all the coins, and contains speedrun achievements for finishing in as little as an hour. That's definitely on the short side for $16, but you can't say it overstays its welcome. Put this one on your wishlist and wait for a steep sale - those 3 hours are quite fun 3…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Cute, fun, casual game
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Was surprised to find out YERZMYEY did the music on this. Game consists of slapping rabbits into pots basically, of course complicated by springs, curves, things like that which you end up using too. There's a certain fun to the way levels play around with it. Anyway I got this for 4$ and it took 4 hours to complete with all the coins, was short and sweet and definitely worth it.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Incredibly (carrot) juicy action puzzler.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Wonderfully stylistic game! very fun and full of eye candy!
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →A solid, fun action puzzle game that doesn't wear out its welcome. If you've played Kickle Cubicle or Adventures of Lolo, it's their kinder, gentler modern cousin. Story mode puzzles are a bit on the easy side, but that's why there's a map editor and workshop support.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →"Radical Rabbit Stew" is a surprisingly cute, rather comedic, pixel art puzzle/action game. The atmosphere is enjoyable, with plenty of vibrant environments and nifty character animations. The difficulty curve is fairly balanced; new obstacles and abilities are introduced at a steady pace, allowing you to learn what you need and how to best use that knowledge for future levels, while also never remaining stagnant or re-using the same puzzles over and over. However, if you're a completionist…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Fun, easy to learn, addictive puzzler with nice pixel graphics. Reminds me of the old days when 'gameplay first' was the credo! Well done!
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Beautifully put together with lots of personality. Straightforward and entertaining gameplay that starts easy and slowly ramps up the challenge, with great artwork and animations and sound design, and a cool soundtrack on top of it. Nice variety of levels, and fun secrets that get quite tricky to find as the game progresses if you're into that. Strongly recommend you check this one out, kind of a sleeper hit right now.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I first played the demo on one of the Steam events and I was hooked, when the game released I was compelled to get it. Radical rabbit stew is a delicious combination of bunnies and spoons with a dash of bombs, featuring great puzzles and cute rabbits that will eat you if you're not paying attention. Bunnies, bunnies, bunnies. You play as a cleaning boy, cleaning out the pot of rabbits who have taken hostage your fellow workers. You use your trusty spoon to whack bitey rabbits into pots.…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I'd like to start with saying that I wouldn't have given this game a chance if it didn't have a demo. There's tons of puzzle/retro games out there so why buy this one on release? The trailer is good and the graphics are cute, but full price...eh. Then I tried out the demo and I couldn't get enough. Gameplay The puzzles are fun and love to take advantage of the various skills or 'spoons' the game provides you with. Puzzle difficulty ranges from being able to do it with your eyes closed to…
