The bridge level is widely criticized for being tedious and overly long. [1][2][3] Some players find it relaxing and satisfying, especially for unwinding. [4][5][6]

Don't let the opening levels fool you. This game is fine at first. It's got 7 levels and the first four are breezy and decent, even if there's some tedium due to the masking and refilling paint here and there. For a good while it seems that this is a fairly enjoyable take on the Power Wash Simulator formula. But then you got to a level that's a giant bridge and everything goes horribly wrong. The bridge takes hours …

This game is basically 'We have Powerwash Simulator at home', and way too short for its price tag. Just play PowerWash Simulator and its sequel instead.

Edit: Updated review a bit after seeing some other review comments and also playing more of the game myself and co-op. This feels like an early access game that got a full release. 'The bridge level' that everyone is talking about... I don't see the issue? Do you not want big levels? Im more sad there isn't more like this I can paint. Yes it takes a lot of paint (and I feel you should be able to upgrade the gun to …

Only played for a bit but I’m already really into it. It’s a very calming and satisfying game, perfect for winding down after a day at uni. Just a great game to have on while watching something or listening to music. Doesn't require too much mental bandwidth to play but it still rewarding, theres a feeling of progression rather than just endless playing for the sake of it. Easy to pick up, chill to play, and just …

I enjoyed this game, fun and relaxing, until I got to the bridge. I don’t mind a game being hard to play I like challenges. I can even get over the fact-cherry picker is horrible to use(but only option) the fact of getting into some places is dam near impossible no mater what angle tour at. I loved the game till I reached this level. Went from a solid 7.9 score to a 6. If they add a few free DLC’s and paid ones my …

negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Ugh. This is such a frustrating game. The core content is fine, but the content length, the price, the method of release... What are these devs doing? To explain, I'm a content creator, and streamed the first three levels the other day. It felt like a good game, but I read further reviews and heard it was too short and the bridge level sucked. So I figured I'd play it further in my own time and see how long it took to beat it. The other reviews are correct. The Bridge level took me over 5…

neutral · AI labelView post →Horrible. Sucks you in with a few nice levels (literally 2-3) and the mechanics are good. Then the gallery and, way worse, the bridge make you want to throw yourself off one. For gods' sake put some better (and more) levels in, smaller items to paint not enormous items, more completion parts and get rid of the bridge, seriously. Then it becomes a decent game. For now, I am done after ALT+F4ing the bridge level, ugh. (From a Powerwash Simulator Early Access backer and I love that game to…

neutral · AI labelView post →Fine if you wish to play alone, I bought this to play with my spouse because we both liked Powerwash Sim. In order for us to play Co-op you have to beat and play every level as a single player. Meaning, you have to redo everything in "free spray" to play together. There is really no point or goal in free-spray. There's no increased difficultly and they do not have their own unique co-op maps. You just end up replaying the same levels you already did.it doesn't make it fun if you're trying to…

negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →not what I expected at all. THIS is not Powerwash and not even close either. I felt more annoyed than having fun.. to apply the masking tape feels annoying, sometimes you are able to skip this phase but then it feels like what is the point? I feel like the scaffolding are not designed well, 50% of the time I can not reach parts where I need to paint and need to move the whole thing around every time which is not fun. also few bugs in coop which makes it frustrating so I cannot leave a positive…

neutral · AI labelView post →If I could give it a meh rating, I probably would. The game is not bad, but it's not great either. It has good potential for growth, but in it's current state, I don't think I can recommend it. There are not that many levels, and the bridge level almost made me return the game. It's absolutely tedious and sucked a lot of the fun or relaxation out of the game. The cherry picker is still very buggy and I got stuck several times on the last level. Give it time, and maybe pick it up if more is…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This has the potential to be as successful as power washer simulator with the exception of content. I know it is fresh out of the box but everything is basically a square. Square car, square bus, square rooms, bridge with all squares, it kind of makes it feel tedious. The bridge needs to go away all together I've been working on it for HOURS! and just over half way done i'm not sure if I will ever get it done. I have played power washer for hundreds of hours and have played level after level…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Game is very fun, especially if you already like games like Powerwash Simulator, but the game is far too short to justify the price. It would need to be 3x as long or 3x as cheap for me to recommend it.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →to play co-op you have to beat every level solo. you cant play with another person before beating the game

neutral · AI labelView post →I recommend only if you love Powerwash Sim and have already completed everything there is to do in it, but still want similar gameplay. It simply isn't as good, but it's also made by a small team and very cheap. I will say that a lot of the negative reviews for this are about the bridge level and the cherry picker, which were fixed at some point after release. Neither were a problem for me.

neutral · AI labelView post →I liked this game a lot when it came out. The only problem is, it's been almost a year and while there is some new content, they are "free paint" levels. I personally like the masking and following directions for what a client wants, so these levels are just annoying to me, especially when you cant even mask anything besides windows and the floor, which makes it very difficult to paint different parts of the object that you are painting without accidentally painting some other part that you…

negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I'd like to rec this cuz i really liked the demo, but there's too few levels and the cherry picker gets stuck on/flips over nothing constantly making it annoying more often than not
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →gameplay seems ok, but coop hasn't been functioning properly and has also just bluescreened my pc. the coop is also very limited as you cannot do the main campaign togehter just a half baked "free spray" mode that to unlock a level one person has to have already completed it. was looking forward to this game as I loved power wash sim, very dissapointed Not sure this game is fully ready for a 1.0 launch imo

neutral · AI labelView post →Yes this game does feel a bit like a knock off of Powerwash Simulator. Here's the thing though, that's NOT bad. The interface is solid, the mechanics so far are well done, the gameplay is satisfying. All things Powerwash Simulator does very well and this game does too. Honestly, if you're going to derive inspiration from something, that's not a bad game to pull from. I'm impressed even after just the first four jobs. It satisfies the same zen focus as Powerwash and that's a game I've gone back…

negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Ok, so let me preface this with me having 150+ hours in Power Wash. This is essentially reverse Power Wash. I will say I have been pleasantly surprised by how many great quality of life things have been included here, even many that were missing in the original release of PW. You're able to highlight bits you've missed. The game lets you know every time you complete an item/area (although I will say, the noise that it makes when you do this is very annoying.) There is a list of each…

neutral · AI labelView post →It's... fine. I'm marking this as "do not recommend" because, frankly, I don't think what's in the game is really worth it unless they revisit it and add more levels or expand the masking mechanic. The game sort of fits into the same niche as Powerwash Sim but with less complexity, less content, and less satisfaction. I went into the last few levels without knowing they were the last few, and was hugely disappointed to find that the game comes to an abrupt halt after some deeply unsatisfying…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →It's a fun game with a lot of potential. The masking off of sections adds to the game rather than the other similar games that's just point and spray the whole time. The newly added levels could do with allowing the masking of individual parts though while painting, to make painting the things easier. The "cow" statue for example you only mask off the floor, so trying to paint the different parts neatly is a nightmare.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Multiplayer support is this half baked "free paint" and you don't even get to actually do any career with players, also on-top of that. You cant even pick levels to play with your friend unless you play through the entire game to unlock the levels. Not to mention the multiplayer mode feels super laggy
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I sincerely hope they fix some things and add more missions. Only seven missions and your reward at the end is a nozzle that paints a Scottish pattern. The bridge mission was a pain in the butt. Physics seemed a bit wonky as well. I'll recommend it when we have a better number of missions and less clunky gameplay.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Spray Paint Simulator has some technical gaps that keep the game from flowing just right, but on the whole, it's a well-conceived simulator that can easily keep you flowing for hours. Read our review:
neutral · AI labelView post →the game is simply PWS with paint, probably exactly what you would expect. - after 2h the levels seems to be good ( a different review said there are only 7 levels, i expected at least 15-20 levels at release + some free/paid dlc later tbh) - theres no option to limit the fps??? my 2080ti is going crazy bc its giving me 700+fps, i would like to have an option to limit it to 144 or 240 everything above is just useless anyways - mouse jumping: the game is designed to be played on console with…
