Played this right after the first chapter remake and it didn't disappoint. the writing is amazing and the emotional payoff is huge. it connects all the loose ends from the first game and turns it into an unforgettable experience. definitely a must play, can't wait for its remake!

Be advised, the gameplay is kinda different, this is a classic turn-based JRPG game. Moving to a place of your preference requires a turn, so you’re not able to position yourself and attack (in a same turn) like the remake.
