Counted from the reviewers’ own thumbs up/down on the 166 English Steam reviews we collected, not by the AI. Valve’s all-language rating: Mixed (2,394 of 3,692 positive).
Players praise the DLC's humor, fantasy theme, and emotional story. [1][2][3] Many criticize the standalone release as a cash grab, recommending Borderlands 2 instead. [4][5][6] Some reviewers refuse to recommend due to invasive EULA and data collection concerns. [7][8][9]

This rerelease of hands-down the best DLC in the entire Borderlands series is the perfect excuse to re-experience it if you’ve already beaten it in the original game, or to experience it for the first time before playing Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands, if you plan to play that afterward. With references ranging from Lord of the Rings or Game of Thrones up to World of Warcraft or Dark Souls, top-notch humor from Tiny Tina …

Tiny Tina runs a D&D game like a sugar-high chaos goblin with C4 and it's glorious. One minute you're fighting skeletons, the next you're getting emotional over backstory... then boom, gun that shoots swords. It’s like Borderlands LARPing with a flamethrower. 10/10 would let Tina DM again.

I own all of the Borderlands games and have played them for the last 16 years. The new EULA however is such a insane over reach, it's like Gearbox is being run by the CPC. Browser history, user images, voice chats, it's just insane. There is no reason to do this, these are single or co-op games, chaeting of any at all is a non-issue. It's clear they want all that data for other nefarious reasons. Even if someone …

If you don't own BL2 or have never played a BL game before, this would be a nice little introduction to the gameplay and mechanics of the series. I would avoid buying this if you already own BL2 as this is just the Tiny Tina DLC as a standalone game. If you are a newcomer to the series, avoid buying this and just buy BL2 as it goes for around the same price.

This was, at the time, my favorite DLC for BL2. I still think it's fun. The writing was funny (in 2013, unfortunately, the millennial writing of 2020-ish to today makes me miss actual good writing), and the mechanics are essentially just more Borderlands. Here's the thing though, this sells for $10. For that price, just pick up the Handsome Collection for the same $10 while on sale, and you get basically all of …

Players who liked Tiny Tina's Assault on Dragon Keep: A Wonderlands One-shot Adventure talk about great humor and fantasy twist on Borderlands; those who didn't talk about too short for the price. Which matters more to you?

Man. 2010-2015 were some STRONG years in gaming. Portal 2 and its DLCs, Borderlands 2 and its DLCs, Skyrim, Shadow of Mordor, Hearthstone, The Last Of Us, Pokemon X & Y... Edit: this comment appears to have lost its parent, so now it just seems like a non sequitur, but you folks are smart.

neutral · AI labelView post →Why this exists is beyond me. I understand that you want to bring in new players, but it doesn't work. Borderlands 2 is constantly on discount, and you get an infinitely better experience playing the same content through the DLC present in the game. The problem is not the game per se; the content is good, but there's just an improved and more enjoyable way to experience the same content. TLDR: play through BL2.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →A gloriously Borderlands take on tabletop dice rolls and fantasy clichés.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Not worth playing unless you get it for free, like in my case. Just buy the Handsome Collection for Borderlands 2 instead.

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Should you get this game? If it's free, sure. Otherwise? Nah. Get Borderlands 2 and the DLC version of Dragon's Keep instead. Also, maybe don't get it right now, since the EULA changes are really bad, and the community is big mad. Otherwise, this is a fantastic DLC. Assault on Dragon Keep is that perfect bite-sized chaos-flavoured fantasy story tucked in between the Borderlands 2 bun layers. Maya turns into a pixie fairy, Salvador is all the dwarves. All of them. And you are the hero...'s…

positive · AI labelView post →-Quick Review- In short, this is my favorite DLC for Borderlands 2, the developer Gearbox released it as its own standalone game and listed it on steam in 2021, even though the DLC version which is still on steam was released in 2013. Tiny Tina’s Assault on Dragon Keep is one small piece of Borderlands 2, and so it’s not as long to play through as a standalone borderlands game usually would be. Tiny Tina’s Raid is a FPS, looter shooter with a Dungeons and Dragons fantasy twist… The only reason…

negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Tiny Tina's Assault on Dragon Keep: A Wonderlands One-shot Adventure is a standalone version of one of Borderlands’ most well-known DLCs, but it hasn’t aged particularly well. The humor and fantasy theme are still there, though much of the gameplay feels dated and repetitive. Fun in short bursts, but it’s harder to recommend unless you’re already a Borderlands fan or find it heavily discounted.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Feels like a bite-sized Borderlands that never really steps out of its own shadow. The humor is hit-or-miss, the combat is familiar but not particularly exciting, and the whole thing plays more like a leftover appetizer than a full meal. If you’re a hardcore Borderlands fan, you’ll get some nostalgia out of it otherwise, it’s easy to pass on.

negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Tiny Tina's Assault on Dragon Keep was the peak. That's not a very apt metaphor for the film. At least a sloppy handjob can get the job done; the movie was just a stale puddle of piss on berber carpeting that won't even sink in because the result of the carpet is moist for some reason.
positive · AI labelView post →Hey, it's that DLC from Borderlands 2... but as a standalone game... for some reason... Unless you got this for free, I don't really see the point in buying it.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Horrible business practices and upated their Terms of Service to allow them to install spyware on your pc under the guise of anti cheat in a PvE game.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I would give this game back if I could and I definitely won't be buying anymore games from Take Two/Gearbox/2K/etc. since they've decided to become literal SPYWARE. Well What can I say about Tiny Tina's Assault on Dragon Keep: A Wonderlands One-Shot Adventure... It's an individual DLC for Borderlands 2 It's a spin-off, in other words... It's not canon. The story is silly... Because Tiny Tina clearly plays a board game of hers that looks like Dungeons n Dragons with the Vault hunters from Borderlands 1 It's like a mix of Dungeons n Dragons with…

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Remember kids, 2k is the parent company of rockstar, and the new eula covers EVERY game under 2k. You want to install spyware that tracks your every move, including all of your hardware info, and get banned for using mods, vpns and anything else they decide, while still stuck with kernal level spyware that constantly tracks you, go on ahead. For me, no boardlands, mafia, gta, red dead, bioshock or any other game made by: 2k Ghost story games Rockstar Zynga Dynamixz Take two Is worth that.

neutral · AI labelView post →Pretty dang short and expensive for a standalone game. Especially one that was just an old DLC. 13 hours for $10, mind you I did get it on sale. Might try some post game stuff and might get a couple more hours out of it. If you think you need to play this prior to the much superior new Wonderlands game, there's no need. Just play the new one, they don't have any real connection between the two. Game difficulty is up there. Since the first several levels just kinda have you sink or swim when…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →It has some nice humour but that's about it. I've not played Borderlands in years so it's hard to compare, but overall it's just a bit of slog to get through. The maps look alright visually, but some of the levels have really bad layouts that can be very unintuitive, leaving you running around in circles trying to find how to get to progress. The quests are often just backtracking to pick up an item or kill someone, and some are also poorly planned where you can't tell if its bugged or you're…

negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I thought the BL3 Epic exclusive was the greediest and most anti-consumer thing to happen to one of my favorite franchises, but then they turn all the games into spyware. Congratulations, no matter what, I will never buy BL4, and probably any 2K/Gearbox game again, I said in my BL3 review that if they did anything like this they would lose me as a customer, I intend to stick to my word.

negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This is a standalone DLC from Borderlands 2, i recommend you should play BL2 first before play this. Tiny Tina Assault on Dragon Keep or should i abbreviate as TTAODK, the story's theme is heavily inspired by Dungeon and Dragons, even you can hear easter egg from any movie or book on same genre with D&D. Playtime is short, i finish main quest on 9 hours with level 19 as Mechromancer (i swear this class are goat) However, this game doesn't focus on story. If you looking for a depth-well written…
